How you’ll spend your day

Prepare glassware, consumables and Mobile Phases / Diluents required to support analysis according to the relevant pharmacopoeia monographs and/or Company standards as per current GMP

Your experience and qualifications

: Good eye for detail - Highly organized - Accurate & methodical in his/her work - Good communication, documentation, & time management skills

: Training will be given

Qualifications: Ordinary level standard of education (preferably knowledgeable in science subjects) - Computer literate - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

How you’ll spend your day

•Master data, such as data gathering and settings for all types of item creation in ECC and MES, extension of market code to site, create and/or update BOMs and recipes for both MFG & PKG effectively.

•Maintain and Update Vendor Related information

•Ensure MDG data accuracy and reliability e.g. validation of all global fields including Product Transfer In & Out cut-off dates.

•Responsible to set up GTIN/serialization settings in MDG & site server.

•Follow up BOM readiness in ECC and trigger readiness for costing and inspection plan.

•Artwork cycle i.e. Communicate directly with Medis customers, use of Teva art and take on discussions with printers for print proofs creation and other technical requirements

Your experience and qualifications

– Eye for detail & able to work on own initiative & under pressure in a complex and changing environment - Be able to deliver accurate work in a consistent manner - Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills

–Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (particularly Excel) - Knowledge of Adobe Design Suite will be considered an asset

Qualifications– Preferably hold an Advanced level of education
