Your experience and qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. A master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in learning and development, or a related field, with a strong focus on capability mapping, skills gap analysis, and training program development.
• In-depth understanding of technical and professional capabilities development ideally within R&D environments, and the ability to analyze and develop tailored solutions to address competency gaps.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and timelines effectively.
• An analytical mindset and data-driven approach, with the ability to identify gaps, develop solutions, and adapt strategies to meet evolving business needs.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with HR teams, managers, and other stakeholders to design and implement competency development strategies.

Your experience and qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Life Sciences (MBA, CFA, PhD, or equivalent preferred).
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, or investment banking within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Deep understanding of valuation methodologies (DCF, NPV, comparables, risk-adjusted models) and deal structuring.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and financial modeling skills.
  • Proven track record of leading complex transactions and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with early-stage and late-stage asset valuation.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and clinical development pathways.
  • Prior involvement in licensing or M&A transactions in the life sciences sector.

Your experience and qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in economics, finance and/or accounting is a must; an advanced degree (MBA, MSc, CPA) would be an advantage
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in the financial fields is required, with at least 5 years of track record as FP&A professional, preferably in a multinational organization or pharmaceutical environment
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives
• A strong understanding of corporate finance daily work and routines
• Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders
• Ability to manage pressure/deadlines and multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Strong Team player with track record of collaboration and influence
• Self-learner with independent solving problem approach who constantly seek for ways to improve
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
• Company/Industry knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial preferred
• MS Excel and Power-Point Skills – must
• Familiarity with SAC (SAP Analytic Cloud) / BI tools - highly preferred
