As the HR Operations PMO, you will play a pivotal role in the People Services transformation journey. You’ll spend your day orchestrating global initiatives that elevate the function’s impact—such as leveraging People Services activities, implementing new technologies, expanding service responsibilities, and driving process optimization. You’ll work closely with local HR teams across countries to co-design and manage a unified transformation plan that aligns with strategic priorities.
• Plan and coordinate all activities related to the HR Operations transformation, ensuring timely execution of key deliverables
• Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining country-specific activities while consolidating a global roadmap and outcomes
• Collaborate with global HR COEs and local HR teams to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide HR processes
• Facilitate communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across all stakeholders
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth implementation
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering in complex, matrixed environments
• Deep understanding of HR processes and systems
• Strong systemic and process thinking with a focus on execution
• Proven ability to influence and engage a broad network of stakeholders
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and leading data-driven decision-making
• Ability to proactively diagnose and solve complex problems while managing multiple initiatives
• Strong organizational skills and experience working with senior stakeholders
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet critical deadlines
• High proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred

As an HR Process Excellence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our global strategic roadmap for HR process excellence. Your mission is to design, implement, and continuously improve leaner and more employee experience-driven HR processes that support organizational efficiency and our HR transformation.
You will be driving the HR Process Excellence roadmap and ensuring the implementation and measurable impact of process improvements across all regions and HR functions. You will work closely with global stakeholders to align initiatives with business priorities, leveraging methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Design Thinking. A key focus will be on automating and leveraging advanced technologies to streamline HR operations, enhance data-driven decision making, and regularly monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
In addition to driving the transformation of our HR processes, you will ensure excellent change management to foster buy-in and sustainable adoption of new ways of working globally and facilitate global HR forums and training sessions to embed a culture of process excellence and innovation within HR.
