HR Specialist II at Teva India in Bengaluru
At Teva India, we are looking for an experienced business and HR professional to join our team as an HR Specialist II, based in Bengaluru. The HR Specialist II will have a dynamic role managing the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs while ensuring quality of services to Teva’s employees in India.
The ideal candidate is someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills and proven HR knowledge and experience. The successful candidate should know how to build effective relationships and manage complex people-related projects. This individual should also possess the ability to analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the HR field is preferred, with at least 3 years of experience in the IT/tech industry. Additionally, the individual should possess a strong understanding of various HR concepts, including employee relations, compensation and benefits analysis, performance management, interviewing and hiring, and employee engagement.
The primary responsibilities of this role include administering and managing all services related to HR, assisting department managers with complex recruitment and staffing requirements, providing comprehensive employee benefits packages, participating in performance management process, and responding to employee inquiries and concerns.
