This individual will work closely with strategy pillar leads, business analysts, finance, and functional stakeholders to ensure plans and programs are accurately captured, tracked, and aligned. How you’ll spend your day
  • Strategy deployment & operating rhythm: Orchestrate governance and rhythm for TGO strategy process (e.g., bottom-up planning, AOP cycle, strategy reviews, quarterly forums). Design and manage TGO’s deployment processes, including templates, tools, cadence, and mechanisms to track milestones, risks, and value realization. Consolidate and synthesize updates across functions into structured executive-ready materials, dashboards, and reports that enable leadership visibility and action
  • Cross-functional initiative leadership: Coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, and other areas. Serve as the central node for key projects, ensuring initiatives are prioritized, resourced, and executed effectively across the end-to-end value chain. Escalate risks proactively and recommend course corrections when delivery milestones are at risk, ensuring executional discipline and transparency
  • Executive reporting & decision support: Generate high-impact, executive-ready reports and presentations that distill complex information into clear insights and support senior leadership in data-driven decision-making by providing analysis of operational performance, scenario planning, and progress of strategic initiatives. Prepare content and talking points for leadership updates, ensuring consistent messaging on strategy and results
  • Continuous improvement & operational excellence: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and implement best practices. Ensure that improvement projects are aligned with broader transformation goals, thereby enhancing productivity and quality across the network
  • Performance tracking & execution management: Develop and implement robust mechanisms to track performance against strategic goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Continuously monitor operational metrics and transformation program milestones, providing regular updates and dashboards to senior leadership on progress, risks, and achievements. Collaborate closely with Finance liaison to ensure strategy deployment aligns with financial planning and value tracking
  • Reporting directly to the VP/SVP of TGO Strategy, the Strategy Deployment Process Lead is a key member of the Leadership Team with regular engagement with the Operations Leadership Team (OLT). This role oversees a team of ~5 and plays a pivotal role in shaping transformation program across Teva Global Operations
Your experience and qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related field required.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred, especially with a focus in strategy, operations management, or organizational leadership

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strategic leadership experience: A minimum of ten 10 years of progressive experience within the pharmaceutical industry and management consulting, including demonstrable tenure with a top-tier consultancy firm . A strong background in Operations is preferred. Experience in leading enterprise-wide or functional strategy initiatives within a global environment will be regarded as highly advantageous.
  • Transformation mindset & analytical thinking: Demonstrated ability to understand and synthesize functional strategies into a cohesive narrative that aligns with broader organizational goals.   • Actively participate in the change control system and work in line with established processes:
    • Evaluate changes and propose classification and submission strategy in line with applicable regional and local regulations
    • Cooperate with Submission RA functions to align on strategy for submission to authorities in the relevant market
  • Prepare the variation packages and other necessary documents as required by the variation process
  • Perform regulatory evaluation and assessment of technical documentation intended for inclusion in regulatory submissions, ensuring that the documentation is appropriate for the required purpose and targeted regulatory markets
  • Contribute to renewal applications

This individual will serve as the ESI Response Management Analyst who will be responsible for global collections of electronically stored information for matters of litigation, government investigations, mergers, acquisitions, internal investigations and audit including computer forensic work. This position will also be responsible for maintaining a high-level of technical competency in all digital service offerings, as well as maintaining current information regarding technology trends within the litigation support function.

How you’ll spend your day
  • Perform the collection, handling and preservation of information and documentation that may be treated as evidence, in conjunction with external vendors. Maintain accurate and current records of all aspects of projects relating to tracking, specifications, systems data maps and chain of custody related to litigation issues.
  • Work closely with paralegals, in-house attorneys and outside counsel to formulate ESI search requirements.
  • Work with paralegals and eDiscovery vendors for the setup and maintenance of workspaces for the hosting, processing and review of ESI data.
  • Assist with managing and maintaining updated policy and procedures supporting ESI Response Management functions. Assist with communicating and explaining ESI policies and procedures to internal audiences in Legal, Compliance and other functions.
  • Serve as point of contact between external eDiscovery vendors and internal business partners along with the rest of the team.
  • Provide ESI support to the Global Compliance/OBI and Global Audit teams. Assist with forensic investigation and analysis in support of internal investigations and internal audits, as needed.
  • Work closely with the Global RIM team to coordinate efforts relating to litigation and investigation. Assist IT with forensic recovery of ESI data as needed. Coordinate with paralegal staff to assist with litigation hold notices, as needed.
Your experience and qualifications
  • A Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy, Library and Information Systems, Information Technology, Legal Studies, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3-5 years related experience including 1-2 years of experience in the eDiscovery or ESI environment in a corporate setting or eDiscovery consulting firm environment
  • Professional experience conducting forensic imaging and investigations utilizing Encase. Experience conducting remote collections across networks is a plus (Endpoint Investigator).
  • Hands on data collections experience and understanding corporate network infrastructure. Direct client management and project management around eDiscovery/Data Collections
  • Strong understanding of records and information management procedures
  • Experience utilizing 0365 eDiscovery functionality
  • Scripting experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build trust and credibility
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Description

In this position, you will manage manufacturing production activities to ensure the site meets customer needs and objectives (safety, quality, service, competitiveness, cost-efficiency, and people). You will act as an influential member of the site management team and take an active role in promoting cross-site initiatives, teamwork, and collaboration across site functions.

• Translate the site strategic plan into a long-term production plan (facilities, processes, systems, capacity plan) and recommend technology and equipment for specific operations. Design and modify practices and procedures when necessary, with a strong focus on cost-effectiveness and budget alignment.
• Optimize workflow and implement processes for manufacturing of new products, using data-driven insights to support decision making and continuous improvement.
• Develop a workforce plan (capabilities, roles, headcount, culture) and build a production unit management team empowered to manage day-to-day activities and adapt to changing business needs. Ensure alignment with budget constraints and operational targets.
• Promote employee well-being, safety, and health. Foster a culture of engagement and motivation by creating an enabling environment and maintaining visibility across teams. Ensure proper training and certification to maintain a competent and cost-efficient workforce.
• Take full accountability for planning, managing, and monitoring the cost center budget of the production units. Track and control expenses, volume output, and headcount in line with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), ensuring financial discipline and transparency.
• Lead a culture of operational excellence and Lean thinking. Recommend and implement new equipment and processes that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity. Use data analytics and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and sustainable practices.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with environmental regulations and standards. Oversee equipment readiness and material flow, optimizing resource use and minimizing waste.
• Ensure commercial products are manufactured in accordance with validated, written procedures approved by QA, and enforce strict compliance with GMP regulations.
• Stay informed about TEVA’s strategy, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Use this knowledge to propose innovative, data-backed solutions that support strategic goals and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience in manufacturing (preferably in Pharmaceutical, Automotive, FMCG etc.)
• Minimum of 6-8 years of leadership experience, including headcount and budget responsibility
• University degree in relevant field
• Proven ability to lead and drive cost-conscious change management initiatives
• Strong experience in Lean tools and techniques, with a demonstrated ability to apply them in a production environment and transformational experience
• Ability to work independently in a cross-functional structure
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Strategic thinking and data-driven decision making capabilities
• Strong leadership skills; lead by example and motivate staff
• Ability to make solid, financially sound decisions
