How you’ll spend your day
  • Ensure strategy and optimal sales execution of specialty brands across hospital settings, mental health institutions, and specialty care environments.
  • Drive new product launches, including go-to-market planning, promotional activities, performance tracking and market share.
  • Lead the Brand planning and execution of brand campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and in-person events.
  • Collaborate with International Markets, Global, Area & affiliate colleagues to optimize Canadian brand performance.
  • Take a lead role in monthly and annual forecasting and financial processes, working in close collaboration with a cross functional team to provide the most robust forecast assumptions and financial output.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform brand positioning and identify growth opportunities.
  • Identify and seize business opportunities with entrepreneurial thinking, tailoring strategies to regional and institutional dynamics.
  • Lead cross-functional Brand and partner with critical functions (Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Training) using analytics and KPIs to ensure excellence, accountability, and decision-making, while aligning strategy and drive execution.
  • Manage the brand’s budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Analyze product performance and manage inventory of marketed products.
  • Work with Legal, Medical, Regulatory, and Compliance to ensure all marketing activities comply with industry standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, KOLs, and external partners.
  • Serve as marketing liaison to the Sales team and Sales Training at Plan of Action Meetings and Advisory Boards.
  • Oversee agency partners to ensure timely and optimal delivery of tactics and programs.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Your experience and qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of pharmaceutical experience in product or brand management, in specialty pharmaceuticals.
  • Experience in specialty new product launches, in particular in the psychiatry area.
  • Proven success in hospital/institutional sales, including product launches, formulary access, and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Very high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.) and in particular forecasting models.
  • Strong analytical, forecasting agility, and project management skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Canadian pharmaceutical legal, regulatory, and compliance processes.
  • Experience with Patient Support Programs and multichannel marketing strategies is an asset.
  • Bilingualism (French & English) is preferred.
  • Occasional travel within North America may be required.

How you’ll spend your day
  • Lead the customer planning function, ensuring accurate and timely forecasts that support Teva Canada’s commercial and supply chain objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Market Access teams to integrate market intelligence, customer insights, and product strategies into the customer planning process.
  • Oversee the execution of changes to sales plans and forecasts based on insights from Demand Planning, Customer Planning and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
  • Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and planning processes through data analysis, stakeholder feedback, and best practices.
  • Manage Product lifecycle forecasts, including new product introductions, obsolescence planning, and scenario modeling.
  • Lead the development of allocation strategies during constrained supply situations to balance profitability, customer service, and long-term business goals.
  • Chair customer collaboration meetings to communicate recovery timelines, backorder updates, and product availability plans.
  • Provide oversight of inventory planning for strategic and private label accounts, ensuring optimal stock levels and service performance.
  • Support commercial teams with insights and reporting on forecast performance, aged inventory, and customer-specific trends.
  • Manage claims and disputes budgets, collaborate effectively with Finance and External stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and maintain documentation related to customer planning processes.
  • Mentor and develop a team of analysts or coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Your experience and qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is required. Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is considered a strong asset.
  • Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP, SCMP, or PMP are advantageous.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning, customer planning, or supply chain management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Preferred:5–7 years of progressive experience in demand planning, customer planning, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Experience with forecasting tools and ERP systems such as SAP/APO, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with IMS Brogan or IQVIA data and its application in market analysis and forecasting.
    Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies, inventory management, and S&OP processes.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Provide HCPs with concise and unbiased medical and scientific information (within corporate guidelines) including disease state topics of interest as well as safe and appropriate use of TCI products;
  • Execute scientific/educational presentations to EEs/HCPs within their therapeutic area setting, at medical or commercial advisory boards, and speaker training meetings;
  • Develop peer-to-peer relationships with EEs and HCPs that result in scientific understanding of TCI products, therapeutic area, disease states, and opportunities for partnerships;
  • Demonstrate scientific credibility during internal Medical Affairs therapeutic training events (eg, MSL Journal Clubs, teleconferences and Data Crunch meetings);
  • Provide support for research initiatives including, but not limited to: TCI-sponsored trials; Investigator-sponsored studies; and Health Economics and Outcomes Research.
Your experience and qualifications
  • MD, PhD or PharmD
  • Bilingual position: Must be fluent in English and French and demonstrate an understanding of pharmaceutical industry practices, as well as standard medical practices in the assigned therapeutic area(s)
  • At least 1 year experience in neurology or psychiatry in a similar role in Medical Affairs will be considered an asset
