You will be an integral part of this innovative and ever-growing company. As a Service Advisor for Tesla, you will be the face of the company. You will be responsible for interacting and communicating with customers who come in for service of their vehicles, as well as providing them with excellent customer service. Your job responsibilities will include identifying customer needs, recommending services, and setting up appointments. You will also be responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring that all paperwork is correctly completed. Not only will you be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, but you will also be responsible for providing technical support to customers. This involves troubleshooting any issues the customer may be experiencing, helping them understand how the service works, and providing solutions to get them back on the road quickly and safely. You should have an interest in the tech industry and knowledge of electronic components, data storage, and software. Additionally, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Working with customers, you should be able to remain calm in difficult situations, be patient when explaining technical concepts, and make sure customers are completely satisfied.
