Leading issue resolution (including root cause investigation) for all audit failures and non-conforming material; Ensure Quality Operations teams utilize standardized work and consistent work practices across shifts and areas.
- Foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement and develop individual professional development for supervisory team
- Drive a culture that prioritizes safety and quality through communication, action, and accountability. - Provide coaching and training to Quality Technicians, define goals and performance metrics. This would include conducting bi-weekly 1x1’s with each individual Technician
- Hold team members accountable to any policy violations and work towards curbing sub-par behaviors, provide weekly written status reports to management and peers, and take part in conducting interviews as needed
- Must understand general manufacturing processes, Quality methodologies, and team leadership. Must demonstrate reliability, initiative, and desire to learn. Must be adaptable in work schedule (including compressed work week and night shift) and the working environment

- Collaborate with the Facilities Operations/Maintenance department to perform preventive maintenance, address trouble calls, and handle emergency maintenance as needed
- Troubleshoot, program, and improve control systems, including PLCs, controllers, and final control elements to support automated processes
- Assist in troubleshooting, upgrading, and installing new control systems, ensuring seamless integration and operation
- Measure and monitor levels, pressures, temperatures, flow, and analytical processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data
- Use complex electrical schematics and blueprints to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring systems operate correctly and efficiently
- Experience commissioning industrial processes, including but not limited to: Steam, HVAC, chilled water, fire / toxic services
