What You’ll Do
  • Source parts from Distribution Centers and other Service Center locations and allocate them to vehicle service appointments
  • Monitor inventory within the parts system, communicate parts updates and availability with relevant team members
  • Review upcoming appointments and ensure they are properly prepared and documented in our system
  • Process and return warranty part shipments for quality assurance including handling hazardous materials and high-voltage batteries
  • Systematically receive, inspect, and put away stock and special-order parts
  • Escalate parts issues from internal or external suppliers in collaboration with Regional Parts Manager, acting as a point of contact to vendors and giving constructive feedback that will contribute to future improvements
  • Pick up and transport parts using van or forklift, engaging third parties when necessary
What You’ll Bring
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and customers
  • Ability to thrive in a team-based environment and achieve common goals
  • Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
  • Able to communicate, read, and write effectively in the English language on all levels · Proficient in MS Office
  • Valid driver's license required and ability to obtain appropriate state licensing, where applicable
  • Ability to perform repetitious duties including: regularly lift up to 25 lbs., sit, bend and stand for long periods of time
  • Specific vision abilities required include: ability to identify parts, operate systems, and identify potential safety hazards in the parts department

What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree, 2+ years applicable experience, proven track record to meet or exceed goals, or equivalent experience
  • Self-starting entrepreneur with exceptional management skills, great attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple projects while adhering to business-critical deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a dedicated and ethical approach to sales and sales operations
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment, ability to relocate as needed
  • Valid driver’s license required. What You’ll Bring
  • Must have a valid drivers license and must be a Registered Trainee with the DIR or willing and able to register and enroll in a state approved trainee course (WECA)

  • Knowledge of basic electrical theory and Ohms law and must have 1-4 years of electrical experience

  • Knowledge of using hand tools, electrical meter, and testing equipment

  • Able to size conductors, conduits and using NEC Code Book; experience working with 120/208, 480/277 VAC, ability to interpret electrical prints and schematics

  • Ability to install electrical equipment, ability to produce parts lists and work plans based off drawings or field walks and routing, ability to produce as-built drawing for work performed, ability to test and commission all work per Tesla procedures

  • Ability to complete job scopes outside of normal core competencies as required, strong working knowledge of job site safety with the ability to thoroughly evaluate job hazards and complete pre-work task planning with an emphasis on identifying electrical hazards and proper safety procedures

  • Able to lift 40 lbs. Ability to work in high elevation up to 80 ft. high, must have strong interpersonal skills, along with the ability to interact with all levels of management; must have a high degree of initiative, and the ability to work alone and effectively with other people OSHA10 or 30, CPR plus Reach Fork, Boom Lift, manlift, warehouse forklift Certs a plus
