What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Execute both basic and advanced diagnostic and repair work on all Tesla products
- Collaborate with team members to maximize repair efficiency and ensure exceptional product delivery, including vehicle cleaning and detailing
- Operate a variety of high-quality hand, power, and shop tools
- Utilize a company supplied laptop for diagnostics and online training
- Accurately document repairs and inspect and maintain shop equipment, requesting replacements as necessary
- Provide direct feedback to Tesla's design and engineering teams to continuously enhance repair procedures and products
- Maintain a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful attitude in a dynamic environment
- Proven ability to adapt to new technologies, innovate, follow instructions attentively, and effectively manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines
- Section 609 Refrigerant handling certification, preferred
- Evidence of a "safety first" attitude
- Basic command of the English language
- Proficiency in fundamental computer skills, including web browsing and standard applications such as Excel and Word
- Valid driver's license required

- Lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams, fostering a culture of leadership and excellence, with a focus on in-store and delivery center coaching and real-time feedback
- Drive team performance by setting clear sales, delivery, and customer service targets, ensuring accountability through performance management, observation, and regular one-on-one meetings
- Establish and reinforce high operational standards by coaching and targeting safety and security
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to create and implement a local market strategy, and promote growth opportunities through partnerships with communities, businesses, and Tesla owners
- Execute daily, monthly, and quarterly disciplines to achieve targets and enhance profitability
- Maintain regular communication with regional leadership through various channels
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience and at least 7 years of experience leading large teams in a high-growth, service-focused industry, prior P&L experience preferred, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, influence, and hold a team accountable to achieve a common goal
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and adhere to business-critical deadlines
- Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication, and sales skills
- Willingness to relocate, travel, and work evenings and weekends when necessary; must be able to stand or sit for 8 hours or more

- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns, taking ownership of service visits, and fostering a welcoming environment for our customers
- Assess technical issues, offering solutions over the phone when possible and escalating to Service Manager as needed
- Accurately document customer concerns and data into the Dealer Management System and demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Conduct transactions, guide customers through corrections, and summarize repair work performed
- Keep customers informed with completion times, provide regular updates, and ensure thorough follow-up on the vehicle's status
- Efficiently organize vehicle details pre-delivery and coordinate delivery/pick-up times with customers; follow up to ensure their satisfaction with the provided services
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair methods, including familiarity with tools, materials, and techniques
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in Dealer Management System(s), Outlook, and MS Office
- Proactive willingness to learn emerging automotive technologies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in order to meet business critical deadlines
- Valid driver's license required
