  • Experience with fundamental hardware components on PCB and their analysis tools
  • Knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals including circuit analysis and design
  • Proficiency in C, comprehension of Python

What You’ll Bring
  • Currently working towards a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field of study with a graduation date between December 2025 - December 2026
  • Proficiency in C and python
  • Experience with reading electrical schematics and understanding circuit behavior
  • Knowledge of microcontroller peripherals such as ADC, GPIO, PWM and SPI
  • Familiarity with control loops and PID controllers
  • Knowledge of version control (Git) and continuous integration (Jenkins) preferred

  • Drive Cross Functional Alignment: Be a integral part of the software engineering process by gathering and clarifying requirements, ensuring all teams are driving to the same outcome

  • Land the Launch: Ensure that the impact of software changes is being realized by all stakeholders by delivering training, measuring, gathering feedback, and providing visibility for engineering teams

What You’ll Bring
  • Technical understanding of energy products such Inverters, Battery Storage and Vehicle Charging

  • Familiarity with Energy markets (wholesale and/or ancilliary services)

  • Exposure to policy work around compliance and standards development

  • Degree in an engineering or technical discipline, or equivalent experience

  • A familiarity with APIs, data products and analytics, Python, SQL or similar

  • Validate thermal system simulation results with experimental data
  • Prepare technical reports and test summaries for stakeholders
  • Work cross-functionally with controls, firmware, mechanical design, and reliability organizations
What You’ll Bring
  • Degree in Mechanical or Chemical engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience with thermal system integration
  • Excellent understanding of Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer, and thermal components (pumps, compressors, expansion valves, fans, etc.)
  • Experience in working with hardware and/or test-benches to evaluate thermal system performance, as well as firmware integration
  • Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills, able to identify and surface issues within complex HW/SW systems
  • Proficiency with Python (read/write) and C (read)
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, work hands-on, and execute on open-ended projects in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment
  • Preferred: Experience with MATLAB/Simulink, CAN tools (PCAN, CANape, CANalyzer), and data acquisition (DAQ) systems

  • Data integrity: Take full ownership to ensure business transactional data integrity across all Tesla systems/applications. Generate weekly metrics and monitor the state of contracts, orders, and Megapack delivery
  • Customer Support: Problem-solve and address all requests from Customers, Sales, Logistics, Service, Finance, and other departments with minimal management guidance or supervision. Address issues with a strong sense of urgency
  • Process Improvement: Actively identify and submit business process improvement ideas, support the implementation of such process/system improvement
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor's in Business, Analytics, Engineering, Operations Management, and/or equivalent experience or evidence of exceptional ability
  • 3+ years of hands-on work in contract, analytics and operations, or equivalent experience in complex order management, delivery and planning
