Excellent attitude and enjoys working with others in teams
Neat and organized work habits
Vocational Certificate in Collision Repair and I-CAR Mig Welding certification is a plus
Valid driver's license preferred

High quality spray application of primers, sealers, basecoats, and clearcoats
Spraying approximately 6 (Fully Prepped) RO’s per day (2 Fasias, 1 - six panel jobs, 3 - Two to three panel jobs) in state-of-the-art downdraft spray booths
Working closely with prep staff and other painters to meet work demands as a team
Invisible basecoat color blending
Application of 2 and 3 stage colors
Produce sprayed finishes with little or no dirt and a consistent gloss and texture matching the OEM finish without the need to sand and buff
5+ years' experience refinishing cars in an automotive collision repair environment utilizing urethane based refinish systems
Willingness to work overtime if required
Must be willing to train others
Capable of reading and comprehending automotive repair procedures
Certificate from Vocational School in Collision Repair preferred
Valid driver’s license preferred

Create repair estimates for collision damaged Tesla Model S, Model X, Model Y, and Model 3 vehicles that arrive for repair (Technical estimating, no sales estimating)
Build repair plans in accordance with Tesla specific repair procedures
Direct disassembly technicians as to the pace and scope of disassembly to expose all damages up front
Communicate with insurance company to submit claim and billing
Direct Collision Technicians to perform repair attempts where Repair VS Replace is not clear
Update customer on vehicle progress
Close billing and delivery of vehicle
5+ years of automotive collision damage estimating experience
Knowledge of insurance procedures and requirements
Proficient with Computers, as well as CCC, Audatex, or Mitchell Estimating Software
Automotive knowledge/background; willingness to be cross trained in career advancing management roles as needed
