- Execute both basic and advanced diagnostic and repair work on all Tesla products
- Collaborate with team members to maximize repair efficiency and ensure exceptional product delivery, including vehicle cleaning and detailing
- Operate a variety of high-quality hand, power, and shop tools
- Utilize a company supplied laptop for diagnostics and online training
- Accurately document repairs and inspect and maintain shop equipment, requesting replacements as necessary
- Provide direct feedback to Tesla's design and engineering teams to continuously enhance repair procedures and products
- Maintain a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful attitude in a dynamic environment
- Proven ability to adapt to new technologies, innovate, follow instructions attentively, and effectively manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines
- Section 609 Refrigerant handling certification, preferred
- Evidence of a "safety first" attitude
- Basic command of the English language
- Proficiency in fundamental computer skills, including web browsing and standard applications such as Excel and Word
- Valid driver's license required

What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Perform guided entry-level work of Tesla electric vehicles
- Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
- Perform various collision repair operations that may include detail, paint prep, disassembly, reassembly, estimating, and mechanical operations
- Support senior level technicians to repair Tesla electric vehicles
- As required maintain inventory, records of time, shop supplies and parts
- Support Front and Back of House operations as needed or on a rotational basis
- Knowledge of collision repair methods and techniques to repair vehicles
- Current enrollment in a Collision or Automotive program preferred
- Valid driver’s license preferred and must be capable of reporting to local collision repair center
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Be able to work in a team-based environment and have a "safety first" attitude
- Familiar understanding of the English language and have basic computer skills, including navigating web browsers and using standard applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

- Follow standards and work in teams
- Perform structural and cosmetic repairs on Tesla Model S, Model X, Model Y, and Model 3 vehicles in accordance with Tesla specific repair procedures
- Use Celette Frame Jigs for setting new structural components
- Glue, rivet, and weld structural components being replaced
- Repair exterior cosmetic panels via metal finishing and body filler
- Replace all parts associated with collision repair including body panels, suspension parts, vehicle structure, radiators, airbags and trim
- Proficient in Mig Welding
- 5+ years of experience as an Automotive Collision Repair Technician
- Capable of reading and comprehending automotive repair procedures
- Excellent attitude and enjoys working with others in teams
- Neat and organized work habits
- Vocational Certificate in Collision Repair and I-CAR Mig Welding certification is a plus
- Valid driver’s license preferred
