What You’ll Do
  • Be a product expert on Tesla vehicles and technologies, having a full understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of the older models, how they compare with the new versions and staying up to date with the latest developments and trends.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' offerings to provide insights and suggestions for refining the sales process.
  • Deliver accurate and comprehensive information about the features, benefits, and distinctive qualities of Tesla's pre-owned vehicles to potential buyers.
  • Tailor vehicle recommendations based on customer preferences, driving habits, and budget constraints.
  • Expertly navigate customers through the sales process, covering aspects such as financing alternatives, trade-ins, and delivery schedules.
  • Establish trust as a reliable advisor by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and objections promptly and knowledgeably.
  • Contribute actively to the refinement and success of the Certified Pre-Owned program, offering valuable feedback on customer experiences and aiding in product development and process optimization.
  • Work hand on hand with other departments to ensure the reduction of dwell and increased profitability of our Used Car Business (operations, refurbishment, etc.)
  • Create exceptional customer experiences that surpass expectations, fostering enduring customer relationships.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

General duties:

  • Operate with a flexible mindset to support sales and delivery needs across the team
  • Ensure that customer details and all actions are accurately tracked and updated in our internal systems
  • Execute on and share best practices with and across your Tesla location
  • Educate customers on the full Tesla ecosystem and all available solutions available to meet their needs
  • In respect to Tesla’s processes, timely execute on sales administrative duties including contract completion, finance, and work in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders to get it done
  • Manage any additional duties to support wider business requirements

  • Passion for Tesla's mission and products, and a desire to share this with others
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
  • The ability to explain complex topics to customers in simple terms
  • Focus on educating and understanding customers' needs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Book capacity on trucks and vessels in line with volume forecasts
  • Create shipments within TMS
  • Maintain accurate ETAs to give maximum visibility to the receiving locations
  • Build and maintain working relationship with vehicle carriers, port operators and other logistics providers as required
  • Ensure customs procedures are carried out with full compliance
  • Work with central teams to oversee bulk scheduling of incoming customer vehicles.
  • Review and maintain KPIs with all stakeholders
  • Monitor and maintain inventory stock levels at Logistics locations across EMEA
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving operations for ports
What You’ll Bring
  • 2+ years’ experience in supply chain or operations related functions, preferably within an automotive manufacturer or supplier.
  • Experience with MS Office Applications, including knowledge of Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to write, speak and present effectively and persuasively at all levels.
  • Strong critical thinking and resolution in sometimes ambiguous situations.
  • Self-driven initiative to gain and share a broader knowledge of supply chain.
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Comfortable working irregular hours

  • Service, repair and improve: Working with Tesla specific software and advanced tools you will be performing repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles, with and without supervision according to skill level.
  • Ensure top quality: Fix it right first time, we trust you to inspect our vehicles diligently before delivery and to work with the highest quality standards.
  • Customer experience: Contributing towards high Customer Satisfaction by refurbishing our used car fleet to a high standard, with a balance to ensure speed and efficiency.
  • Collaborate: Working across teams (local and regional) you will be sharing support and best practices in order to further improve the service experience.
  • Develop: Setting you up for success our dedicated in-house training teams will train you on Tesla specific technology and the repair of Electrical Vehicles.
What You’ll Bring
  • Technically experienced: You have professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs working within either automotive, aviation, marine or similar industries.
  • Technically qualified: You ideally have relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in UK or demonstrable experience in a comparable field. You will self-manage your technical expertise development.
  • A good communicator: You speak and write English well and know how to get your point across clearly and respectfully.
  • Safe to drive: We require you to hold a full UK driver’s license and have held this for 2 years.
  • Flexible: You may work in shifts to support your team, which may include weekends, morning and evening shifts. You are willing to travel to support the wider Service operation, when needed.
