What You’ll Do

You will

  • Service, repair and improve: Working with Tesla specific software and advanced tools you will be performing repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles, with and without supervision according to skill level,

  • Ensure top quality: Fix it right first time, we trust you to inspect our vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery and to work with the highest quality standards,

  • Collaborate:Working across teams (local and regional) you will be sharing support and best practices in order to further improve the service experience,

  • Develop: Setting you up for success our dedicated in-house training teams will train you on Tesla specific technology and the repair of Electrical Vehicles.

What You’ll Bring
  • Technically experienced: You have professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs working within either automotive, aviation, marine or similar industries,

  • Technically qualified: You ideally have relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs. However, this is not a requirement. You will self-manage your technical expertise development,

  • A good communicator: You speak and write English well and know how to get your point across clearly and respectfully,

  • Safe to drive: We require you to hold a full UK driver’s license,

  • Flexible: You may work in shifts to support your team, which may include weekends, morning, and evening shifts. You are willing to travel for mobile repairs, when needed.

  • Work with the Marketing Programs Lead in Europe and other marketing team members to develop targeted strategies and execute activities that enable the Tesla Residential Energy channel sales teams and our partners to hit their sales targets, esp. in Germany, but also across the region

  • You are responsible for developing and executing Tesla Energy’s email marketing strategy nurturing leads. This includes defining the topic calendar per country, ensuring adequate targeting, timely deployments and analysis of results.

  • Work with our internal Design, Engineering, Sales and Content teams as well as external vendors to develop consistent and tailored localized messaging for different channels to increase Powerwall awareness and consideration understanding where our products fit in the market in different countries

  • Plan and execute trade shows, in-store events or webinars to grow Powerwall awareness and the Certified Installer network.

  • Prepare and run various marketing activities for new product, country or feature launches

  • Source, negotiate and execute marketing partnerships to increase Powerwall awareness and generate leads

What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years hands-on work experience developing growth and marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, generating leads and executing results-based marketing programs

  • Experience working with CRM systems A strong understanding of channels and communication approaches (email, in-app, push, SMS). Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and initiatives. Experience in monitoring and improving multi-channel CRM journey.

  • Proficient in delivering events and exhibitions of varying size and scales, as well as webinars, with a focus on preparation and execution, managing timelines, budgets, logistics, and coordination with internal stakeholders. Analyze event success and provide actionable insights and recommendations for the future.

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field, or evidence of exceptional ability and experience

  • Strong sense of ownership, willingness to drive projects and deliver results

  • Proficiency in building clear, compelling value propositions that can be expressed in a variety of media to all levels of the organization

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in German and English. French being a plus

  • Experience working in business-to-business (B2B) roles or the renewable industry is a plus

  • Ability to travel (~20%), mainly within Europe, but could include global destinations
