• Service, repair and improve: Working with Tesla specific software and advanced tools you will be performing repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles, without supervision in a remote setting. Plan routes, prepare parts, load vehicle and drive out to customers to service their vehicles. This is an independent position, mainly on the road driving to customers. Upon request, you may need to be located in a service center.
• Ensure top quality: Fix it right first time, we trust you to inspect our vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery and to work with the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate: Working across teams (local and regional) you will be sharing support and best practices in order to further improve the service experience.
• Develop: Setting you up for success our dedicated in-house training teams will train you on Tesla specific technology and the repair of Electrical Vehicles.
• Customer Facing: Take ownership of all customer facing interactions. You will be required to perform basic repairs, educate customers on technical information and general usage of vehicle.

• Technically experienced: You have professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs working within either automotive, aviation, marine or similar industries.
• A good communicator: You speak and write English well and know how to get your point across clearly and respectfully.
• Safe to drive: We require you to hold a full European driver’s license (Class B for cars) held for a minimum of two years.
• Flexible: You may work in shifts to support your team, which may include weekends, morning and evening shifts. You are willing to travel to various sites and detail cars, when needed.

• Engage with customers at Supercharger locations to provide an exceptional, personalized Tesla experience.
• Drive lead generation by identifying and capturing prospective customer interest, including scheduling on-the-spot and future test drives.
• Educate customers on Tesla vehicles, services, and features, including encouraging third-party customers to explore Tesla ownership.
• Manage car park flow, ensuring efficient and organized use of the Supercharger site to avoid congestion and maintain a premium environment.
• Support service opportunities, including light-touch services such as windscreen washes or tyre pressure checks.
• Promote brand advocacy, encouraging customers to share experiences via Google reviews, social media, and other platforms.
• Proactively engage end-of-lease Tesla customers, guiding them into new orders or test drives to support retention.
• Monitor on-site activity and customer interactions to ensure high engagement standards are maintained.
• Collaborate with local sales, delivery, and service teams to identify cross-functional opportunities.
• Visit nearby Supercharger sites during off-peak periods to broaden Tesla’s customer reach.

• Account Receivables for site specific vehicles and chasing any outstanding balances
• Supporting customers with queries, bookings and education on vehicle use when required
• Provide an all-round excellent experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis

• Supervise the health and safety compliance across the center, setting the tone and always leading by example
• Oversee and lead a team of service technicians to achieve results and set targets.
• Conduct regular one-to-ones and feedback sessions with team members, providing constructive and clear coaching, identifying training needs, and driving their development.
• Plan, prepare and distribute work based on skill level, capacity and resource
• Monitor performance consistently and be responsible for quality within your team, reporting progress to management daily, together with any specific incidents
• Identify any roadblocks disturbing workflow and ensure that everyone has the tools and training to perform their role successfully
• Responsible for tooling inventory management, cost controls, and tool orders
• Ensure that work standards and available procedures are up-to-date accurate and that all work is compliant
• Hold daily meetings with the team, outlining expectations and workload for the day ahead
• Act as the main point of contact within Front of House and warehouse, connecting with customers directly if required to limit escalation cases
• Motivate, lead and inspire the team in continuous improvements and efficiencies
• Liaise daily with internal teams within the Service Centre including Sales & Delivery and local Senior Management

• Technical automotive background as a Service Technician is highly preferable, ideally with experience working with Electric Vehicles
• Proven ability to lead by example and be innovative with processes and efficiencies
• Analytical ability to understand and impact key performance indicators
• Problem solving initiative to fix problems when they arise, but also understand why and how they happened
• Ability to motivate a team, to engage and facilitate others to achieve and succeed
• A calm, considered approach with exceptional communication skills
• Flexibility; willing to work both day and evening shifts based on local market needs
• Digitally savvy – ability to adopt and adapt quickly to new technology and systems as well as standards tools like MS office
• Able to communicate, read, and write effectively in English
• Must have and continue to maintain a valid driving license
