  • Service, repair and improve: Working with Tesla specific software and advanced tools you will be performing repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles.
  • Driven: Efficient in completing repairs and driven to exceed expectations on quality and productivity.
  • Become proficient to perform all common repairs and some complex repairs autonomously
  • Ensure top quality: Fix it right first time, we trust you to inspect our vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery
  • Collaborate: Working across teams (local and over the region) you will be sharing support and best practices in order to further improve the service experience.
  • Develop: Setting you up for success our dedicated in-house training teams offer a blended learning strategy to help develop your technical skills. And by also sharing your own skills and knowledge with the team, you’re a part of driving the whole group forward
What You’ll Bring
  • Technically experienced: You have professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs working within either automotive, aviation, marine or similar industries.
  • Technically qualified: You have relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in Norway (a plus). You will self-manage your technical expertise development.
  • A good communicator: You speak and write English well and know how to get your point across clearly and respectfully.
  • Safe to drive: We require you to hold a driver’s license.
  • Flexible: You may work in shifts to support your team, which may include weekends, morning and evening shifts.
  • You are willing to travel when needed
  • Eligible: to work in Norway

What You’ll Do
  • Service, repair and improve: Working with Tesla specific software and drive out to customers to service their vehicles. This is an independent position
  • Ensure top quality: Fix it right first time, we trust you to inspect our vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery and to work with the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate: Working across teams (local and regional) you will be sharing support and best practices to further improve the service experience.
  • Develop: Setting you up for success our dedicated in-house training teams will train you on Tesla specific technology and the repair of Electrical Vehicles.
  • Support end to end mobile service process as needed by the business to be able to perform their core duties, with activities like parts management, scheduling, etc.
  • Customer Facing: Take ownership of all customer facing interactions. You will be required to perform basic repairs, educate customers on technical information and general usage of vehicle.
What You’ll Bring
  • Technically experienced: You have professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs working within automotive or similar industries.
  • Technically qualified: You have relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in Norway (Fagbrev/ Vocational diploma)
  • A good communicator: You speak and write English and [local language] well and know how to
  • get your point across clearly and respectfully
  • Safe to drive: We require you to hold a full driver’s license held for a minimum of two years
  • Flexible: You may work in shifts to support your team, which may include weekends. You are willing to travel to various sites and detail cars, when needed

  • Diagnose: You will evaluate, diagnose, review and resolve the needs of customers
  • Root Cause Analysis: The time you will spend on one or multiple related customer cases will vary. You will work together with the Service centers to capture learnings from previous roadside incidents in an effort to streamline and prioritize roadside cases to reduce the costs of towing/rental cars and offer smoother interactions for our customers
  • Represent: You will be Tesla’s voice for escalations and complex issues – in this way you are the representative of our brand, mission and products
  • Communicate: You will handle customer concerns with professionalism, urgency and escalate matters that require senior management concurrence in a timely manner to line management
  • Decision Making: You define the right course of action on a customer by customer case. You will make the right decision based on cost, speed, safety and customer experience
  • Administer: As part of a data-driven company, you will use our Customer Relationship Management software and other tools to keep an accurate record of support cases and communications
What You’ll Bring
  • Customer-centric: You have a background within customer service environment and you love to deliver an excellent customer experience
