Description: What You’ll Do - Responsible for driving sales metrics (sales volume, close rate, advisor efficiency, and others as business needs change).
- Lead, manage, and grow a team of motivated and effective Used Car Advisors.
- Work cross-functionality with the other organizations within Tesla (Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Charging, Finance teams) to ensure workflows are the best available.
- Engage field teams to support expansion of used sales.
- Participate in testing of new, updated and innovative processes.
- Communicate data-based performance metrics in team meetings and as needed by the business.
- Resolve issues related to website and customer experience.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalations as needed.
What You’ll Bring - BA/BS, or equivalent preferred.
- Management experience leading a team of people preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as leadership skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to resolve critical problems quickly and independently.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
- Proven ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, according to activity volume.
