Tesla est à la recherche d’un technicien en collision pour travailler sur l’une des marques de véhicules les plus novatrices au monde. Ce poste est pour le quart de travail de soir avec possibilité de temps supplémentaire. Du lundi au jeudi.
The Tesla Collision Repair Program is looking for a Collision Technician to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. If you are interested in becoming a part of a world class service team supporting the latest EV technology, we are interested in hearing from you.
This is a night shift position with the possibility of overtime. Monday to Thursday.
- Respecter les normes de Tesla et travailler en équipe
- Effectuer des réparations structurelles et esthétiques sur les Tesla Model S, Model X et Model 3 conformément aux procédures de réparation spécifiques à Tesla
- Utiliser les machines de cadre Celette pour fixer de nouveaux composants structurels
- Coller, riveter et souder les composants structurels en remplacement
- Réparer l’esthétique des panneaux extérieurs avec traitement des surfaces métalliques et mastic pour carrosserie.
- Remplacer toutes les pièces associées à la réparation en cas de collision, y compris les panneaux de carrosserie, les pièces de suspension, la structure du véhicule, les radiateurs, les coussins gonflables et les garnitures.
- Maitrise du soudage MIG
- Adhere to Tesla Standards and work proficiently in a team-based environment
- Perform structural and cosmetic repairs on Tesla Model S, Model X, Model Y, and Model 3 vehicles in accordance with Tesla specific repair procedures
- Use Celette Frame Jigs for setting new structural components
- Glue, rivet, and weld structural components being replaced
- Repair exterior cosmetic panels via metal finishing and body filler
- Replace all parts associated with collision repair including body panels, suspension parts, vehicle structure, radiators, airbags and trim
- Proficient in Mig Welding
- Le candidat retenu pour le poste devra soutenir des projets dans toutes les provinces canadiennes et communiquer quotidiennement principalement en anglais avec le personnel et les clients hors du Québec
- Plus de 5 années d’expérience en tant que technicien en réparation de carrosserie
- Carte CPA
- Capable de lire et de comprendre les procédures de réparation automobile
- Excellente attitude et aime travailler en équipe
- Aisance avec les nouvelles technologies et capacité à apprendre sur de nouveau logiciels
- Formation en carrosserie et certification de soudure MIG sont des atouts
- Permis de conduire de classe 5, G ou G2 valide au Canada
- The successful candidate will be required to support projects in all Canadian provinces and communicate daily primarily in English with staff and clients outside of Quebec
- 5+ years of experience as an Automotive Collision Repair Technician
- CPA Card
- Capable of reading and comprehending automotive repair procedures
- Excellent attitude and enjoys working with others in teams
- Comfortable working with the latest technologies and learning new software
- Vocational Certificate in Collision Repair and Mig Welding certification is a plus
- Valid Class 5, G, or G2 driver’s license for Canada

- Build repair plans in accordance with Tesla specific repair procedures
- Direct disassembly technicians as to the pace and scope of disassembly to expose all damages up front
- Communicate with insurance company to submit claim and billing
- Direct Collision Technicians to perform repair attempts where Repair VS Replace is not clear
- Update customer on vehicle progress
- Close billing and delivery of vehicle
- Requirements 5+ years of automotive collision damage estimating experience
- Knowledge of insurance procedures and requirements
- Proficient with Computers, as well as Audatex or Mitchell Estimating Software
- Automotive knowledge/background; willingness to be cross trained in career advancing management roles as needed
- Excellent verbal, and written communication skills; excellent customer service skills
- I-CAR certification preferred
- Valid Class 5, G, or G2 driver’s license for Canada
