The Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team is based primarily in Israel and the US, and the 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) squad will be based in a location to be determined.

Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

1. Production Gatekeeper : Design and enforce the rollout strategy for new technologies and oversee their execution to ensure minimal disruption to existing systems.
2. Production On-Call : Act as the first line of response for critical incidents, assessing issues, triaging, and coordinating with the team to prevent further issues and swiftly restore services.
3. Monitor Production Performance and Degradation : Keep a close eye on system performance metrics and detect any degradation early to prevent outages and disruptions.
4. Production Maintenance : Conduct regular infrastructure upgrades to accommodate changes, developments, and advancements in the technological landscape.
5. Manage Release Flow : Oversee the release of updates and new functionalities, ensuring a seamless transition while handling any potential negative impacts on production.
6. Staging Management : Oversee the management of the staging environment, ensuring that it accurately represents the production environment for effective testing and simulation.

Network Operations Center (NOC)

1. Build Playbooks : Develop and maintain comprehensive playbooks for managing system issues and incidents, setting guidelines for troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution processes.
2. Build Monitoring Dashboards : Design, set up, and maintain monitoring dashboards to visualize and track system performance and incidents in real-time.
3. Alerts and Incident Management : Establish protocols for issuing alerts in the event of system issues or anomalies and lead the team in incident resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Play a key part in designing and implementing the product roadmap for our platform and be responsible for the entire product life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities and customer engagements.
• Partner with our engineering team to deliver world-leading scam prevention solutions.
• Utilize your analytical skills along with your deep understanding of the product and market to identify new trends and opportunities.

• 7+ years of relevant experience as a leading product manager in one of the following domains: Cybersecurity/Intelligence/ Fraud Prevention/Fintech or related domains – A MUST
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its life cycle with an advantage over enterprise-grade and B2B products.
• Strong technical background with an advantage in AI, privacy or security technologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• A team player with excellent interpersonal relations

Job Overview:

As a Senior Software Engineer at the Data Platform engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing our data platforms and building scalable and robust data systems that handle health data. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping our data strategy and ensuring the seamless integration and performance of our data infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Participate in design and architecture of innovative data systems from scratch to production to support Briya’s query and data platform (scalable, reliable, and high-performance data processing)

• Design, develop and maintain ETL workflows for clinical data sources, EMRs etc. for data cleaning, transformation, and aggregation and for facilitating data query
• Develop backend services which perform data transformations to standardise data and prepare it for query and research
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration, storage, and retrieval.
• Optimize database performance and query execution in large-scale environments.
• Analyze raw data and maintain datasets specific to business requirements
• Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders for assistance in data-based issues (data quality, data accessibility etc.)

1- 7+ years of proven back-end development:

• Experience and proven experience working in a micro-services environment and cloud platforms

2- 5+ years experience as a data engineer or a similar role of working with data

• Experience with big data technologies and data platforms (e.g. Elasticsearch, Snowflake, Spark, Kafka, Athena, Trino)
