• 7+ years of relevant experience as a leading product manager in one of the following domains: Cybersecurity/Intelligence/ Fraud Prevention/Fintech or related domains – A MUST
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its life cycle with an advantage over enterprise-grade and B2B products.
• Strong technical background with an advantage in AI, privacy or security technologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

Responsibilities

• Oversee both the web app functionality as well as the BE data functionality
• Ownership of escaped defects lifecycle (Ensuring timely fixes and implementing measures to prevent future occurrences)
• Manage the web app visual tests coverage
• Oversee the automation coverage and API coverage
• Define and review test strategy and features test plans
• Matrix management to create and enforce unified quality methodologies and processes across the company to achieve a max. test coverage
• Work closely with Dev squad managers, product management, and customers’ success to achieve a mutual quality culture and quality product development
• Lead and own the quality agenda of our client

• Proven experience working with and understanding capital market financial instruments, specifically gained through user experience or within a Customer Success/Professional Services capacity- MUST
• Experience in manual/automation testing in a technical software environment and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to lead internal projects, even in challenging situations, while balancing multiple stakeholder needs, including navigating R&D priorities

Platform Strategy & Development

• Define and own the Platform roadmap, aligning with business objectives.
• Work with engineering and cloud architects to design and optimize multi-cloud (AWS & Azure) infrastructure.
• Lead the development of self-service platform tools for developers, enhancing automation and operational efficiency.
• Improve observability with monitoring, logging, and tracing (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Azure Monitor).
• Drive incident response, disaster recovery, and high-availability strategies for the platform.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a bridge between customer, product, engineering, DevOps, and security teams.
• Gather and define requirements for platform features, balancing scalability, reliability, and cost.
• Evangelize DevOps and cloud best practices across the organization.

• 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Product Management.
• Strong knowledge of AWS (EKS, EC2, RDS, IAM, S3, Lambda, etc.) and/or Azure (AKS, Virtual Machines, Azure DevOps, Blob Storage, etc.).
• Understanding of cloud security, networking (VPCs, VNets), and cost optimization strategies.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor).
• Knowledge of SaaS application architectures, microservices, and serverless computing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multi-cloud SaaS platforms – advantage.
