You will also add value by identifying opportunities and opening doors that will enhance the scope of the overall banking relationship.

To that end the position develops and executes a relationship strategy for each client, identifying the key issues surrounding the relationship and implement a strategy to facilitate the expansion of our partnership with the business. You’ll also broaden your sphere of influence by developing relationships with industry and other external contacts to generate additional new business opportunities through referrals as well as a targeted calling program.

  • Proficiency and interest for programming, notably SAS, VBA, R, Python
  • Predictive modeling is a large asset

Job Accountabilities

  • This is a hybrid role where the chosen individual will both work in administrative tasks and will also issue and advise new transactions and amendments as per the necessity of the team
  • Reviewing text of guarantees requested by clients and providing comments either directly to clients or relationship managers
  • Drafting, issuing, advising and amending different types of SBLC/Guarantees and processing any other requests or correspondence regarding SBLC/ Guarantees issued or advised

Un Directeur des relations clients doit être à l'aise pour exécuter un plan marketing indépendant, incluant une part importante du temps consacré à un programme d'appels et au développement de prospects auto-générés.
