JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and respondto daily requests for maintenance in areas related, but not limited to, kitchen equipment, television, satellite, and access points

Responds to emergency repair requests to ensure equipment is in working order
Leads coordination for third-party vendors to respond to mechanical needs and repair requests
Serves as a liaison and coordinator for the building property management team by responding to requests for property maintenance and repairs as required

Your qualifications and experience should include:
