  • Maintain Deal Expiration Reports and circulate for Creative, Business Affairs, and upper Management review on a quarterly basis.

  • Track writer’s song deliveries and assist in delivery and release information research.
  • Circulate time-sensitive Option Memos for required upper management approvals.

  • Responds to emergency repair requests to ensure equipment is in working order

  • Leads coordination for third-party vendors to respond to mechanical needs and repair requests

  • Serves as a liaison and coordinator for the building property management team by responding to requests for property maintenance and repairs as required

Your qualifications and experience should include:

  • Draft and negotiate various types of publishing agreements, including co-publishing, purchase agreements, administration agreements,modifications/extensions,etc.

  • Respond promptly to requests from various internal and external clients

  • Partner and collaborate with royalty personnel on responses to audit claims. Negotiate and draft audit settlement agreements

  • Partner with Sony in-house litigation staff and outside counsel on litigation matters: Review claims, coordinate responses to discovery requests, review answers, motion papers, briefs, etc.

  • Partner closely with A&R staff on preparation of proposals

Your qualifications and experience should include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university.

annual base salary for this position is $88,000 to $95,000.
