As a Fire Alarm Technician, you will:

  • Assistwith the commissioning of new fire alarm systems on constructionensuring seamlessintegration
  • Assistwith testing and inspecting of existing fire alarmsystems
  • Plan work with mentor, Lead Technician, and Team Leader
  • Complete commissioning within planned timelines
  • Submitaccuratetime and expenselogs
  • Work overtime when

You will make an impact with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • lectro-mechanicalexperience(wither froma previousrole or througheducation) and user PC/softwareskill;proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must bewilling andable to differentiate types/colors of wire; use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet; carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 75 poundsunassisted
  • Must obtain NICET Fire Alarm Certification Level 1 within18months
  • Must be 18 years of age andpossessa valid driver's license with limited violations
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of fire alarm commercial experience
  • High school diploma orAssociatedegree in related technical field
  • 6+monthsexperience installing commercial fire alarmequipment
  • Ability to read/understand design and construction

  • The pay range for this position is $41,510 - $71,160 / year. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills,qualificationsand premium geographic location
