PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Within the GA&X framework, the
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
Contributes and works on sub projects and activities with moderate level of complexity as SAP Trusted Authorization Review (STAR), Customer Measurement Services, remote and onsite audits, Digital Access Evaluation Services, and supplementary Audit Services, with a focus on increasing license adoption, metering, and consumption.
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver Premium Services, including global engagements, and support the team in achieving excellence in service delivery.
Perform noncomplex license audits and customer measurement or enablement services, assisting customers and sales teams with licensing or measurement inquiries and challenges.
Assist projects with multiple stakeholders, responsible for delivery of outcome of assigned sub projects, contributes to milestones.
Stay abreast of the latest trends in license measurement and adoption, leveraging historical experience to support the development of innovative methods and practices within the GA&X community.
Proactively identify and address issues with tools or processes and recommend actionable solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in economics, Information Technology, or a related field is required. This foundational education will support the analytical and technical demands of the role.
Experience: Candidates must bring a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, ideally within areas related to license management, software asset management, or IT services.
Analytical Expertise: Analytical abilities are essential. You should be adept at dissecting issues and employing logical problem-solving strategies to address challenges efficiently.
Communication Skills: Be a clear communicator, in a way that others can understand within defined processes & policies. Full proficiency in Japanese, mastery of written and verbal English is non-negotiable, and proficiency in other languages is highly regarded, enhancing our team's ability to engage with a diverse client base.
Technical Insight: strong competence with various tools, procedures, programming languages used to accomplish the job.
Industry Knowledge: An understanding of Major software vender's Licensing and Pricing mechanisms is advantageous but not required. This knowledge will provide a solid foundation for managing licensing engagements and advising clients accurately.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Relevant Expertise: A robust background in IT, software development, consulting, or compliance is required, showcasing the ability to navigate technical and regulatory aspects of the role.
Internal Networking: A well-established network within various organizations is important, reflecting the ability to collaborate and leverage internal resources.
Global Exposure: Experience working in international contexts is highly valued, indicating adaptability and a global perspective in professional settings.

for the EMEA region, you will bring your business expertise in the area of SAP supply chain planning processes and related solutions. Als Solution Advisory Specialist verfügst du über hervorragende Kenntnisse in SAP-Einkaufslösungen, die die Prozesse unserer Kunden (Insights-to-Strategy, Source-to-Contract, Purchase-to-Pay für direkte/indirekte Materialien & Services) optimieren. Du unterstützt als Teil des virtuellen Account-Teams aktiv den Vertriebsprozess. In Kundengesprächen, Demos und Ausschreibungen übernimmst du die Rolle des „Solution Captain“, um SAP als optimale Lösung zu positionieren. Neben der Deal-Unterstützung arbeitest du eng mit Vertrieb und Customer Success zusammen, um Potentiale zu entwickeln und die Implemtierung der Lösungen beim Kunden voranzutreiben. Zu deinen Aufgaben zählen die Durchführung überzeugender Präsentationen, personalisierter Demos, Discovery-Sessions sowie die Unterstützung bei RFx und Post-Sales-Aktivitäten. Das solltest du mitbringen
