What you’ll do:

As Vice President of Intelligent Experience, you will lead a multidisciplinary design team focused on shaping the future of intelligent, adaptive, and personalized experiences. You will balance vision with execution, guiding internal innovation initiatives while working directly with internal stakeholders and customers to imagine new possibilities and bring them to life. Your leadership will assist in driving our intelligent experience strategy, utilizing and influencing our framework to influence both product roadmaps and the solutions we co-create with clients.

Expectations and tasks:

  • Define and champion the intelligent experience vision, aligning it with business objectives and emerging market opportunities.

  • Lead the creation of groundbreaking concepts and prototypes that challenge assumptions, explore new technologies, and inspire both customers and internal teams.

  • Partner with customers in collaborative design engagements using research, experimentation, and storytelling to envision transformative solutions.

  • Lead cross-functional projects that evolve our own internal systems, processes, and tools into intelligent, adaptive experiences.

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science leaders to apply our framework in shaping experiences that are ethical, accessible, and user-centered.

  • Represent the company in executive workshops, innovation sprints, and industry events helping shape thought leadership in intelligent experience design.

  • Establish success metrics for intelligent experiences and ensure continuous improvement through data-driven insights.

  • Mentor and inspire a high-performing design organization, fostering an inclusive, experimental, and impact-driven culture.

About You:

  • 15+ years experience in product, or service design and at least 5 years in leadership roles guiding multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Ability to imagine and articulate future-state experiences, balancing aspirational concepts with pragmatic delivery.

  • Track record of introducing new approaches, methodologies, or technologies that create breakthrough outcomes.

  • Understanding of AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation can enhance human experiences, plus the ability to translate those capabilities into design strategies.

  • Proven success engaging with executives and stakeholders in co-creation, innovation, or strategy settings.

  • Skilled at working across product, engineering, research, and customer teams to align priorities and deliver integrated solutions.

  • Exceptional storytelling skills to inspire teams, influence executives, and convey complex concepts with clarity.

  • Commitment to designing intelligent experiences that are fair, accessible, and human-centered.

  • Ability to travel internationally up to 30%

In your role you will:

  • Support customer meetings and events end-to-end
  • Set-up and manage a customer engagement end-to-end process (preparation – event day – follow-up & feedback)
  • Schedule external and internal visits and events in the Experience Center
  • Lead on communication with important stakeholders and partners to clarify planning requirements and expectations for the Experience Center visit
  • Support our Storyteller community and Experience Center team with tour preparations, customizations and bring content to live in the Center
  • Identify areas for improvement and lead on clearly defined projects

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Currently enrolled in a university degree program in relevant disciplines such as business administration, marketing, event, project management or related fields of study
  • Fluently in both written and spoken German and English
  • Software skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS teams is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage work effectively and efficiently
  • You can work independently, are very engaged, and think strategically
  • You are creative, collaborative and customer oriented
  • A team player attitude with a passion for creating impact together
