We are planning a practical and immersive portion of our program, which will likely involve participants spending four (4) weeks, spread across two trips, in San Ramon, California. This experience is designed to provide unparalleled hands-on learning and networking opportunities. *Please note the in-person component is still in the planning phase, and the final decision will be confirmed by the first quarter of 2026. We will ensure that this information is communicated promptly, and that sufficient time is provided for necessary preparations.
During intensive phases of the program, it is critical that all participants are fully engaged and present to ensure maximum learning and success. As such, vacation will not be approved during some critical times of the program.

Key responsibilities of the Regional Senior BTP Solution Advisor:
· Develop and innovate new programs for SAP Business Technology Platform.
· Enable new solution features, train teams on latest programs and best practices both internal audience like sales and solution advisory and externally customers and partners.
· Execute programs for key customers, monitor performance, and refine based on learnings through engagements.
· Create and share high-impact thought leadership assets internally and externally
· Strategic Deal support for top opportunities by building impactful prototypes, demos and proof-of-concepts to progress
· Engage with strategic customers build trust, understand needs, and deliver tailored BTP-centric content (solution architecture, demos, prototypes & POCs) for long-term partnerships.
· Collaborate with regional and market unit teams demand and support demand generation programs
· Collaborate with global teams to roll-out global best practices and roll-in learnings from the region
· Be an Evangelist of SAP BTP and the subject matter expert on the various services of SAP BTP.
Skills & Competencies
· Experience in translating a customer problem or process improvement to a SAP BTP based solution architecture
· Ability to build solution prototypes, POCs, Demos in quick time
· Ability to work effectively in a complex matrix environment and virtual team both within the region and with global teams.
· Excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, program management, and organizational skills.
· A self-starter, with energy and drive and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Master’s degree in computer science or related field OR Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with experience, Management Degree will be a plus.
· 5+ years’ experience in SAP BTP Solutions, with experience in building solutions using SAP BTP services
· Customer facing experience as well as working with wider team including sales, presales, industry, product development.
· Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling internal and external communications
· Experience at a large, multi-national software/technology organization is a plus.
· Experience in latest cloud based solutions including programming models, AI & Gen AI, LLMs, etc.,
· Fluency in English and Indian languages written and oral communication

Digital Solution Advisor (dSA) is a customer-facing role mapping product capabilities to requirements of prospects to support value messaging and articulate how SAP is uniquely positioned to deliver their desired outcomes (with a specialization in the nuances of digital sales techniques). SAP EAM solutions including S/4 Plant Maintenance, SAP Asset Performance Mgmt, Field Service Mgmt, Service & Asset Manager, Asset Mgr for Resource Scheduling
Candidate will bring a distinguished combination of digital proficiency, technical acumen, and seasoned customer engagement expertise. A solid foundation of >5 years in (digital) presales, technology consulting, or a comparable customer-facing role is essential, with a demonstrated proficiency of at least one solution/LoB segment together with a demonstrated history of leveraging digital tools and methodologies to drive sales and client engagement
