We are planning a practical and immersive portion of our program, which will likely involve participants spending four (4) weeks, spread across two trips, in San Ramon, California. This experience is designed to provide unparalleled hands-on learning and networking opportunities. *Please note the in-person component is still in the planning phase, and the final decision will be confirmed by the first quarter of 2026. We will ensure that this information is communicated promptly, and that sufficient time is provided for necessary preparations.

During intensive phases of the program, it is critical that all participants are fully engaged and present to ensure maximum learning and success. As such, vacation will not be approved during some critical times of the program.

· Master’s degree in computer science or related field OR Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with experience, Management Degree will be a plus.

· 5+ years’ experience in SAP BTP Solutions, with experience in building solutions using SAP BTP services

· Customer facing experience as well as working with wider team including sales, presales, industry, product development.

· Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling internal and external communications

· Experience at a large, multi-national software/technology organization is a plus.

· Experience in latest cloud based solutions including programming models, AI & Gen AI, LLMs, etc.,

· Fluency in English and Indian languages written and oral communication

What you’ll do

As a Solution Advisor Senior Specialist, you will be the technical asset to theSales Team, helping our Solution Sales Executives and their prospective customers understand how to solve different business challenges with the LeanIX solutions.

You will educate and guide current and prospective customers toward the optimal setup needed to derive value from our product in a variety of different environments. What you'll do:

Digital Solution Advisor (dSA) is a customer-facing role mapping product capabilities to requirements of prospects to support value messaging and articulate how SAP is uniquely positioned to deliver their desired outcomes (with a specialization in the nuances of digital sales techniques).   • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required, MBA or equivalent degree required from accredited university preferred (ideally with focus on supply chain management, operations management, or industrial engineering)

  • Extensive knowledge/background in operational and corporate enterprise asset mgmt end-to-end business processes

  • SAP EAM solutions including S/4 Plant Maintenance, SAP Asset Performance Mgmt, Field Service Mgmt, Service & Asset Manager, Asset Mgr for Resource Scheduling

  • Candidate will bring a distinguished combination of digital proficiency, technical acumen, and seasoned customer engagement expertise. A solid foundation of >5 years in (digital) presales, technology consulting, or a comparable customer-facing role is essential, with a demonstrated proficiency of at least one solution/LoB segment together with a demonstrated history of leveraging digital tools and methodologies to drive sales and client engagement

  • The candidate should have a track record of successfully navigating complex digital solution presentations, adeptly handling technical challenges, and building collaborative bridges between sales, technical, and digital teams
