KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deployment Lead:

• Manage project scope and timeline, tracking key project milestones and deliverables.
• Plan and manage project tasks and resources to ensure deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate and communicate with team members across multiple streams, services, and organizations.
• Complete required internal administration, including budget management, accurately and on time.

Solution Functional Expert:

• Become a functional expert in SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing and associated cloud solutions.
• Guide customers through the design process to make decisions with full visibility into SAP Ariba Best Practices.
• Map, configure, and document customer’s business processes, advise on solutions and workarounds.
• Drive “the best in class” business processes implementation on SAP Ariba Cloud solutions.
• Up to date with the features, functionalities, and applicability of distinct areas of the SAP Ariba Operational Procurement solutions (SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Guided Buying, and SAP Business Network solutions).

Customer Focus:

• Own customer satisfaction during the successful deployment of solutions.
• Speak to a variety of customers from different departments, at different levels, and in large or small groups (e.g., client project manager, technical team).
• Educate customers (onsite and remotely) on SAP Ariba Cloud solutions.
• Influence the opinions and decisions of clients using an understanding of client’s organizational processes and structure.

Teamwork and Development:

• Develop and maintain team’s operating principles, templates, and work instructions, developing team trainings.
• Quickly learn new SAP Ariba solutions to present them credibly and confidently to clients and SAP Ariba consultants or partners.
• Proactively collaborates with manager and teammates to anticipate and respond to issues that could impact solution deployment (e.g., change in scope).
• Executes with minimal guidance and shows strong initiative.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Functional / Business Process experience in Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance, Invoicing (min. 2 years)
• Software implementation experience
• Project Management experience appreciated
• Experience with / knowledge of SAP Ariba solutions with a focus on Materials Management and Procurement functions and features would be a plus
• Experience with / knowledge of SAP solutions (e.g. S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Fieldglass, SAP Concur) would be a plus

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION AND COMPETENCIES

• University degree, preferably in business/computer sciences
• Fluent English is a must and another major European language (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Finnish) would be an advantage

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Global Treasury acts as the global value-adding service center for financial management and supports the global strategy of SAP by focusing on financial goals and by securing compliance with legal and other requirements

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Review and manage recurring financing pipeline report to ensure transactions are timely assigned to banks
• Managing the Assignment and NoA process for recurring financing transactions
• Working with bank partners to obtain credit approvals
• Enter and maintain accurate CRM opportunities for recurring and GB financed transactions
• Collaborate closely with other members of the Credit Services team as well as Collections, O2I and R2R
• Monitor and oversee existing bank account services and signatories including bank account administration for opening, migrating and closing accounts and managing external KYC due diligence requests

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Relevant work experience in collections, credit, quote to cash, banking or accounting (minimum 2 years)
• Experience and strong knowledge on SAP Cloud contracts
• Knowledge of banking systems and experience with treasury operations is a plus

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, business or related area, or combination of related work experience
• Ability to review Cloud contracts
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills, and fluency in business English is required

Your role

You will be responsible for the technical validation of multitenant solutions in our pre-production landscape.

What you'll do

• Initial build and implementation of SAP Solutions on Sovereign Cloud pre-production environment
• Technical validation of deployment processes and implementation documentation
• Working with appropriate complex systems administration, database administration, and landscape provisioning
• Partner with product development team to design and enhance the services
