Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Perform preventive maintenance activities on power distribution and motor control equipment in support of system reliability.
Responds to equipment and system failures and utilizes structured problem solving and troubleshooting techniques to perform failure evaluations of power distribution systems, motor control centers, and synchronous drives and make necessary adjustments to return normal operational status.
QAQC and commissioning new equipment upon installation for initial start-up or upgrades and replacements.
Inspect electrical systems, equipment, or components to identify hazards, defects or the need for adjustment and repair, and to ensure compliance with NEC and job site specifications.
Interpret blueprints and schematics, suggesting improvements, as needed.
Work from ladders, scaffolds, roofs, inside cleanrooms, high noise areas or hot environments to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures.
Install electrical services ranging from 480 volts AC to 24 volts DC.
Use CMMS to track repairs, parts inventory, and preventive maintenance.
Establish and write policies, procedures and guidelines for plant operations and maintenance

Role and Responsibilities
utilize system integration for systematic procurement activities including auto purchase order and auto goods received(GR) and shipping request(SR)
Supplier Response to PO(RTP) management
Return Material Authorization(RMA) process and management
Analysis of market trends and information
HQ and subsidiary support via subsidiary visits and VOC
Procurement training and KAP test
Communicate with HQ to obtain short term and long term material usage status and share information with suppliers to ensure smooth flow of supply chain management
Process orders based on customer requirements; Allocate items to the respective suppliers and issue PO
Respond to the requirement changes requested by customers and check on supplier inventory status; Seek to fulfill customer’s request by coordinating on-time delivery with suppliers and provide frequent status updates to avoid any delays
Receive materials according to PO balance and requirement dates; Ensure timely delivery is made by supplier with accurate documentation and precise instructions provided to logistics service provider
Adjust delivery schedules with suppliers according to customer’s requirements and inventory status to avoid any shortages in production planning, as well as manage the customer’s unexpected causes that may need to control inventory level to avoid any potential aging inventory by cancelling or pushing out existing orders with suppliers
Manage and maintain cargo movement on timely manner by process of receiving materials and shipping the goods to the correct final destination
Identify and resolve purchasing and procurement related issues and discrepancies, including invoicing issues, Return Material Authorizations(RMA), and any credit and debit discrepancies
Manage comprehensive supplier evaluation process performed annually to assess the competitive edge of suppliers and to control sustainability risks
Management of conflict minerals non-usage by suppliers by obtaining non-use agreements and CMRT survey periodically, and perform on-site inspection as necessary
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in conducting professional business meetings/discussions
Supply Chain Management(MBA)background preferred, but not required
General market knowledge of semiconductor industry
Prior experience with SAP or similar business enterprise purchasing, inventory control and procurement management system required

Second Shift/ Third Shift
Maintain machinery equipment in good working order.
Support FE leaders to develop quality management plans of production facilities in order to produce high quality products.
Generate reports to record equipment downtime, maintenance repair, and preventive maintenance on a regular basis to comply with regulations and internal policies.
Repair and develop preventive maintenance programs through monitoring system.
Inspect existing facilities and prepare reports on the condition, deficiencies observed, designs necessary for repairs and estimated cost of repairs.
Perform EHS chemical training to new hires and ensure compliance by conducting yearly refresher trainings for team.

Skills and Qualifications

Bi-lingual Korean-English (preferred).
Education:
Minimum High School Diploma/GED required with a technical emphasis in engineering or other related field is required.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
Experience:
10 years of machine maintenance experience in a manufacturing work environment with a High School Diploma/GED is required; OR
5-6 years of machine maintenance experience with a Technical College Degree is preferred; OR
2-3 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or other related field is preferred.
Experience in operating robot programs and Troubleshooting (ABB Robot, Yukawa Robot, KUKA Robot) is preferred.
Knowledge:
PLC, Touch Program and Troubleshooting (Mitsubishi PLC, Siemens PLC, Allen-Bradley etc.) required.
Understanding of production equipment and operation, and safety requirements related to the facilities and production equipment.
Understanding of Electric Control: Understanding of system improvement, system movement sequence, and electric parts.
Understanding of Hydraulic systems and relevant safety regulations.
