Position Objective

  • Partner with DA business stakeholders across sales, marketing, and retail operations to support and execute against the DA Retail business plans within DA channel partners’ retail stores. These plans will include a variety of initiatives, including POP merchandising, Sales Associate training, and Field Sales programming.

  • Support all product launches and promotional activities, including ONE Launch, and key drive times

  • Bring bold and innovative thinking to continuously improve Samsung brand experiences, consumer product engagement, and rep knowledge in the retail environment

  • Lead Samsung placement planning to optim­­­­ize sales for each LOB product category across retail locations

  • Strategic Meeting & Presentation Support: work with the leadership to prepare top management and cross-divisional level meetings and workshops including preparation of the agenda, presentation preparation, including all necessary back up analysis.
  • Customer Experience: Continuously look for ways to enhance the Samsung’s customer experience through strategic decisions, whether through product enhancements, service offerings, or retail strategy.

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years of directly related experience is required. Including, but not limited to strategic planning, business management, corporate leadership, and financial decision-making.
  • MBA preferred
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of management strategies, financial accounting, marketing, supply chain, and operations
  • Experience communicating cross-functionally, domestically, globally and up & down an organization
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information quickly
  • Experience collaborating with senior executives across a large organization
  • Experience leading innovation initiatives that create real world impact, including expertise in design thinking, consumer insights, experimentation, and user experience in a corporate and environment
