1. [IT planning] Support establishing a short and long term IT strategy (ISP, Information Strategy Planning), discover new IT and conduct survey on trends, manage IT TCO (total cost) and establish a software/hardware standard governance. (management, development, sales, SCM, security, etc. except for manufacturing)
2. [IT investment and cost management] Support to review whether to invest in IT such as system deployment and whether the investment is appropriate to efficiently manage costs and manage annual IT costs.

1. [Responding to emergency/operating Disaster Prevention Center] Support real-time monitoring (fire, hazardous areas, weather/earthquake, etc.), receiving of reports, and announcing the situation. Assist response in case of fire, rescue, emergency situation, or fire facilities being operated.

[Operating firefighting facilities] Support handover inspection, operation (inspection/statusmonitoring/manipulation),and maintenance of firefighting facilities (water-based fire extinguishing system, gas fire extinguishing system, automatic fire detectors, alarm facilities, facilities for firefighting activity, evacuation facilities, etc.).
3. [Operating fire engines & equipment] Support to maintain complete alertness through regular inspection, repair and maintenance of fire engines and rescue/emergency equipment.
4. [Crisis management] Assist response measures and crisis management when an emergency situation occurs.
5. [Emergency Rescue] Support the emergency treatment training of employees, partner companies, and stores in site. Assist response to legal matters (statutory terms, documents, etc.) required for the operation of emergency medical technician and ambulance.

[Firefighting training] Support the establishment of firefighting operation layout for each building; various firefighting trainings within the site i.e. BCP comprehensive training, in-house training, building evacuation training, joint training with government offices, etc.; and education (fire extinguisher, fire hydrant, evacuation devices, etc.).
7. [Preventive activities] Support all types of inspection works for accident prevention (check fire prevention, vulnerable areas, facilities operating for 24 hours, and flammable material handling work sites)
