We’re looking for a highly motivated Technical Program Manager to work with our B2B division. Role and Responsibilities

  • Work together with global TPM team to manage large scale program that requires strong program management, risk management, and problem-solving skills
  • Understand the system’s functional and non‐functional requirements, plan and execute projects, ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines
  • Identify problems and improvement opportunities in engineering practices, processes, and project organization, manage the change impact and communicate to stakeholders to get buy in of changes and enforce accepted changes
  • Manage issues, risks and escalations, and own the work to solve problems and remove blockers
  • Provide visibility and transparency to project status, issues, schedule and manage project deliverables
  • Adopt Scrum methodology and Agile practices and conduct scrum meetings when necessary

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Technical Program Manager for software or system projects, preferably in complex multi-site working environment
  • A record of successful delivery of software applications
  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
  • Well organized, good communication and reporting skills
  • Experience of working with remote teams to delivery software product together
  • Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines
  • Experience with cloud services SW development
  • Knowledge of AWS services EC2, S3, RDS, Mongo etc.

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $116,195 to $150,370 and reflects base salary only. Actual pay will be determined based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, competencies, qualifications, relevant skills and experience.

Responsibilities

Work with a mix of products, including end-user devices and apps, enterprise IT admin cloud services, web consoles, developer SDKs, REST APIs

Develop a variety of content, including user, admin, and developer guides, step-by-step how-to tutorials and videos, and web page copy, blog posts, and FAQs

Become a Subject Matter Expert. You’ll master our technologies: phones, tablets, and watches; Android, and Windows operating systems; Java and REST APIs and scripting languages. You are a disciplined self-learner, making use of a variety of methods to gain hands-on product knowledge

Enhance internal efficiency andproductivity. You’ll


Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Communications, or equivalent

At least 4 - 7 years of technical or business writing experience

Excellent proficiency in English, ability to explain highly complex concepts in plain English

Ability to understand new and complex technologies quickly

Problem solving skills, ability to find the root cause of issues and troubleshoot them yourself

Agility in multi-tasking in a rapidly changing environment with hard deadlines

Knowledge of any of the following: Mobile Device Management solutions, or Active Directory (AD)

Experience with Markdown, HTML and CSS: troubleshooting issues, updating design and layout

Experience with video development: storyboarding, scripting, production

Experience with code repositories like Git

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $69955 to $90530 and reflects base salary only. Actual pay will be determined based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, competencies, qualifications, relevant skills and experience.
