You're Excited About This Role Because You Will:Contribute to Well-Architected Strategy:Partner with internal teams to define our content strategy. You'll provide a "community lens" for content review, ensuring its clarity, relevance, and practical applicability for architects. You'll also proactively identify emerging architectural trends and content gaps to inform future development.
Evangelize the Framework:Create and deliver compelling content (blogs, videos, workshops, and technical demos) that brings the Salesforce Well-Architected Framework to life, making it accessible and practical for architects.
Shape the Architect Experience at Events:Own and deliver architect tracks at major Salesforce events like Dreamforce, TDX, and World Tours. This includes delivering engaging sessions, hands-on workshops, and networking opportunities for architects.
Engage the Community:Evangelize Well-Architected at community events. Update, maintain, and deliver Well-Architected workshops, and enable community ambassadors to deliver these workshops. Engage the architect community across our architect channels.
Champion the Voice of the Architect:Establish and manage a robust feedback loop. Organize and run the Architect Advisory Board to ensure community needs, pain points, and insights are effectively communicated to our product, engineering, and content teams.
Partner with our CIO Team:
6+ years of experience in a technology role, with significant experience as a solution or enterprise architect.
A deep understanding of architectural principles and frameworks, and experience designing and building complex, scalable, and secure solutions on the Salesforce Platform and beyond.
Proven experience creating and delivering high-quality technical content, such as blog posts, videos, or public speaking engagements.
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with an ability to make complex technical concepts accessible to diverse audiences.
A passion for community building and a strong understanding of how to engage technical audiences through various channels.
The ability to be a self-starter who can manage multiple projects and priorities, while also being a highly collaborative team player who builds strong cross-functional relationships.
A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to travel up to 25% (domestic and international).
A related technical degree required.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect).
Experience with industry-standard architectural frameworks (e.g., AWS Well-Architected, TOGAF).
Experience running or contributing to a technical community or user group.

As a Software Engineer of the CEDS (Could Engineering Deployment Services) Team, you will be working to ensure Tableau Online can meet its growth goals by building scalable, secure and cost-effective E2E CI/CD pipelines. What you’ll be doing…
* Design, build and evolve automated cloud services CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous release of software into cloud environments with reliability, scale and optimal cost.
* Design and improve team deployment and operational processes via solid validation and automation strategies.
* Design, develop and deploy robust server-side applications and tools that run securely, are scalable and cost-effective against private and public cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.

* Provide technical leadership at a component or service scope.
* Lead projects by making solid technical decision, couching team members and working with product managers to ship on-time and with high quality.

Who you are...
* Experienced:
* You have 5+ years industry experience coding commercial software and a passion for solving complex problems in large-scale distributed system.
* You have solid development skills with object-oriented languages (Java/Python) and preferably understanding of cloud infrastructure technologies and development tools (IDE, command line, GIT) as well.
* You are experienced in developing scalable services using open source or contributions toward open source projects are a plus.

Fluency across paid social, programmatic display, content syndication, review sites, 3rd party email, and webinar distribution.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment (agency or start-up experience a plus), working autonomously, and not always having perfect information.
Proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders of all levels, enabling yourself as well as your team to do great work.
