What you will do
Bring creative concepts to life — transforming ideas into compelling visual and experiential outputs
Partner with AI lead and creative leads to rapidly prototype, animate, and visualize concepts for internal and executive presentations, videos, and pitches
Develop storytelling that pulls concept art off the page, building immersive experiences that inspire action
Act as a bridge between creative ideation and technical execution, translating for both creative teams and business stakeholders
Experiment with and implement AI-driven tools and techniques (Runway, Midjourney, etc.) to accelerate concept realization
Support creative selling motions to executives and other stakeholders with polished, high-impact deliverables
Design across a wide range of mediums (web, social, email, print, environmental, presentations) with consistency and craft
Translate abstract brand strategy into clear, beautiful visual design that resonates globally
Collaborate with creative leads to create cohesive marketing executions

What experience you have
BA/BFA in Design, Art, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of creative experience in-house or agency, ideally within a design-forward, brand-driven environment
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual design, storytelling, and execution across mediums (digital, motion, 3D, experiential)
Deep expertise in core design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote/PowerPoint)
Proficiency in creative AI tools and emerging design technologies; Runway, Veo3 and Midjourney experience a plusMotion/film experience strongly preferred
Exceptional ability to translate creative vision into visual/motion outputs that resonate with both creatives and executives
Strong background in design and systems thinking

Your Impact & Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & Roadmap Design:

Responsibilities
Define and run the product roadmap for Truth Profile Growth and Adoption by identifying and scaling use cases across different areas such as Sales and Customer Success.

Experience / Skills Required:
15+ years product management and/or product development experience
6+ years team leadership or coaching experience
6+ years experience with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Salesforce Lightning, and ServiceCloud
6+years experience with enterprise Chatbot, AI, NLP technologies,conversational UI productsand frameworks
Experience with understanding of Indirect Sales
Experience with Partner Relationship Management systems
Experience with leadership skill development and healthy teaming
Strong knowledge in information technology architecture components, principles, procedures and practices
Practical experience leading the development and maturation of DevSecOps and engineering quality practices and standards.
Practical experience with product management tools / practices such as jobs frameworks, product / business model canvas, empathy maps, opportunity trees, etc.
Practical experience with organizations operating with agility at scale
Experience with design thinking, design sprints, or experiment creation methods
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions evaluate outcomes and challenge conventional wisdom
Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.

What you will do
Bring creative concepts to life — transforming ideas into compelling visual and experiential outputs
Partner with AI lead and creative leads to rapidly prototype, animate, and visualize concepts for internal and executive presentations, videos, and pitches
Develop storytelling that pulls concept art off the page, building immersive experiences that inspire action
Act as a bridge between creative ideation and technical execution, translating for both creative teams and business stakeholders
Experiment with and implement AI-driven tools and techniques (Runway, Midjourney, etc.) to accelerate concept realization
Support creative selling motions to executives and other stakeholders with polished, high-impact deliverables
Design across a wide range of mediums (web, social, email, print, environmental, presentations) with consistency and craft
Translate abstract brand strategy into clear, beautiful visual design that resonates globally
Collaborate with creative leads to create cohesive marketing executions
Refine layouts, typography, color, and hierarchy in executions to ensure clarity, usability, and brand consistency across concepts
What experience you have
BA/BFA in Design, Art, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of creative experience in-house or agency, ideally within a design-forward, brand-driven environment
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual design, storytelling, and execution across mediums (digital, motion, 3D, experiential)
Deep expertise in core design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote/PowerPoint)
Proficiency in creative AI tools and emerging design technologies; Runway, Veo3 and Midjourney experience a plusMotion/film experience strongly preferred
Exceptional ability to translate creative vision into visual/motion outputs that resonate with both creatives and executives
Strong background in design and systems thinking
Experience creating scalable design frameworks that empower global teams to deliver on-brand creative
Demonstrated ability to design for both digital (web, email, social) and physical (print, environmental, event) formats
Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices
Track record of elevating creative work with meticulous attention to craft and detail
