  • Strong consultative skills, deep curiosity, and proven results working as a Trusted Advisor to drive business value for customers

  • Executive-level interpersonal skills, ability to drive effective conversations at the C-Level, and presentation skills with a consistent track record of influence at an executive level

  • Ability to facilitate difficult discussions and be adept at handling objections

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, Health Clouds and/or a competing Core or HLS Industry technology.

  • Salesforce product certifications are a plus (Agentforce Specialist, Administrator, , Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).

Work with a range of platforms including - Coupa, Workday Financials, Vertex, Oracle EBS, and OneSource Tax Determination, including workflows, integrations and AI features & capabilities. Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of existing tax systems and processes. Establish a detailed roadmap for automating tax determination and calculation processes. Continuously evaluate and adjust the roadmap and architecture, informed by real-time feedback and evolving tax regulations. Automate the tax determination process for Accounts Payable (AP) invoices.

Minimum Requirements

* 6-8 years of professional experience in quote-to-cash, monetization models, order management, or relative enterprise software/product management or engineering experience at an enterprise technology company
* 5+ years of Product Management experience with a demonstrated history of efficiently implementing and running SaaS product development programs; solid understanding of the SaaS business model and its product development lifecycle
* 2+ years of order management experience in Product, Engineering, or Operations role
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail orientation
* Exceptional data analysis skills, including attention to detail and ability to combine various data points to achieve a common goal (people knowledge, data warehouse, Excel files, external tools, other internal data)
* Deep experience with the software development lifecycle; ability to adjust and apply this knowledge in a dynamic environment using agile methodologies
* Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives, working teams, and technical and non-technical team members alike
