Overview of the Role:
Salesforce is looking for a curious and energetic Mid Market Account Executive with knowledge of technology and value-based solution selling. This Business Unit sells the entire Salesforce platform into set of named accounts. Think of yourself as the "General Manager" in this role - mapping account strategies, aligning resources and acting as the extension of your customer. You will drive the overall account strategy and revenue growth by working closely with other product specialists. You will have technical support from solutions architects and sales engineers. This role will be responsible for the Singapore territory.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Revenue: Proven success in quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales
Account Planning and Strategy: Develops and executes plans to meet sales objectives by identifying and qualifying opportunities in the Singapore market
Research and Discovery: Analyzes prospects’ current processes, identifies business challenges, and aligns with strategic goals based on customer use cases and value hypotheses
Solutioning: Crafts compelling value propositions by aligning technology solutions with customer needs
Customer Communication: Engages customers clearly, concisely, and promptly through writing, speaking, presenting, and using tools such as whiteboarding, Google Slides, and Zoom
Resource Utilization: Drives results by leveraging all available tools and resources effectively
Team Selling: Collaborates with account teams and partners to support deal execution and ensure customer success

Customer Communication: Interacting with customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner using a variety of communication methods (writing, speech, presentation) and tools (whiteboarding, Google Slides, Zoom).
Resource Application: Continuously runs toward results using the full capabilities of available resources and tools.
Team Selling:Aligns with the full capacities of the account team and partners to support the deal and customer success.
Language:Fluency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

Lead a team of CSMs, forecasting growth, excellence and High Performing Culture
Execute strategies for Signature Success Plan renewals and growth across the assigned portfolio
Engage in top Signature Success prospects by providing direct customer-facing presales support, and formulating strategies to accelerate deal close.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Previous leadership roles with direct experience in customer success and team management.

Background in consulting, professional services, or solution advisory, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical approaches.
Proven track record of providing strategic guidance on platform adoption, architecture decisions, and value realization across integration and analytics use cases.
Proven success in establishing a clear vision and driving change within a customer-facing organisation
Couple with a customer-centric mindset and strong critical thinking, exhibit the ability to use data and insights to identify trends and risks, and inform strategies, tactics and execution.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills to bridge between various teams and levels, and negotiation skills both with customers and internally
Experience in building executive relationships and driving/influencing change with complex Enterprises
Showcase a proven track record in building a high-performing team, including performance management, talent management, recruitment, retention, and development.
