You’ll direct the team in crafting and articulating the product vision, in line with clear goals and rationales – a role requiring expert visualization skills, thought leadership, empathy, and the ability to work closely with product and technology partners. You’ll immerse yourself in all aspects of end-to-end experience design, including using storyboards, journey maps, flow diagrams, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and direction.

Responsibilities

  • Using documentation, reviews, and presentations, communicate clear and compelling ideas to a wide range of key stakeholders.

  • Serve as a bridge connecting design, product, engineering, and marketing teams.

  • Work closely with product owners, engineers, and user research to create a vision for the product area.

  • Oversee multiple web and mobile application features, interfaces, and experiences.

  • Create designs that adhere to and extend the existing style guide & generate detailed final design specs that inspire accurate developer builds.

  • Work with developers and quality experts to deliver a polished final product

  • Promote and educate others on new interface guidelines and design patterns & mentor new design staff.

  • Set the vision for a product’s creative identity, articulate it clearly and convincingly, and guide the team through its implementation.

  • Creates inclusive designs for all users. Advocates for accessibility, encouraging product and engineering management to prioritize accessible features and bug fixes.

Required Skills:

  • Min 8 years of designing and delivering products from start to finish as part of a cross-functional team.

  • Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and standard processes & desire to continually improve on processes.

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment while producing great design work on tight deadlines.

  • The ability to explore ideas, persuade others, and build consensus on fast-moving projects with varying degrees of ambiguity.

  • Self-motivation; ability to produce results both independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication and active listening skills, with an ability to build and develop close, trusting relationships.

  • Experience using multiple approaches, including analytics and user research, to drive decisions and develop product iterations.

  • Ability to distill and reframe problems, then define a framework for resolution, generating clear, elegant solutions for complex challenges.

  • Systems thinking; ability to step back and see a project’s larger ecosystem, with a focus on solutions that improve not just one feature but the entire user flow.

  • Expert knowledge of current design tools such as Figma and ability to quickly learn new tools as they emerge.

  • Experience developing software that is global in reach, universal in design, and designed for users of multiple languages and abilities.

  • Experience designing and thinking in design systems, not just single-purpose apps.

  • An internal compass that points toward ethics and equality, and the conviction to speak up when we veer off course.

  • A related technical degree required.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling Salesforce solutions into ECS accounts within a defined portfolio of public sector organisations.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, ensuring delivery against key performance metrics. Focus on both new business development and expanding existing accounts.

  • Identify and research key accounts and public sector verticals to develop a targeted go-to-market strategy and generate qualified opportunities.

  • Build a strong pipeline through a combination of outbound activities including cold calling, email campaigns, and leveraging public sector insights.

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline to support consistent overachievement.

  • Engage with prospective organisations using value-based selling techniques, including business case development, ROI analysis, customer references, and industry data.

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, and Partners to manage the entire sales process.

  • Deliver short-term results while maintaining a long-term view to maximise overall revenue growth.

  • Ensure all customer and pipeline data is accurately updated in Salesforce.

  • Provide accurate monthly forecasts and revenue reporting.

About You:

  • Extensive experience selling enterprise software solutions, ideally within a major technology vendor

  • Proven track record of securing new business and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Skilled in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-impact deals

  • Passionate about working with government and public sector organisations, with an understanding of their unique challenges and opportunities

  • Comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives and senior government leaders

  • Experience selling CRM solutions or working within the public sector vertical is highly valued

  • Demonstrated commitment and stability in previous roles

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Craft value-driven proposals and presentations.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices, industry standards, and successful strategies tailored to the public sector

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience configuring the Salesforce application solutions
  • Experience with Salesforce Public Sec Solutions would be highly desirable
  • Experience working in government or selling to government, and/or managing and responding to bids and tenders, will be highly valued. Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a focus on capturing requirements and use cases, developing a solution and articulating business value
  • Superior presentation and demonstration skills with a focus on storytelling
