  • Participate in releasing content to Red Hat customers and partners

  • Adopt CI/CD methodologies to deploy services and maintain SLIs/SLOs

  • Work in an hybrid cloud environment where your software interacts with bare metal platforms as well as virtualized platforms like Openstack and Openshift

  • Collaborate with users and other stakeholders to find solutions to their problems

  • Collaborate with upstream open source communities on relevant projects

  • Collaborate with team architects to prototype new solutions quickly and efficiently

  • Help incorporate AI tools into processes to improve or enhance current workflows

What you will bring

  • Self-driven Software Engineer with an interest for creative problem-solving, prototyping and experimenting on novelty solutions.

  • Experience with Python programming

  • Experience with Bash and Linux command line tools and utilities

  • Experience with design, development, code reviews and unit testing of bugs and features in a complex and highly evolved code base

  • Familiarity with agile methodology

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as you'll be working in a globally distributed team

The following will be considered a plus:

  • Experience with Golang language and AWS technologies

  • Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift, and any of CI/CD/automation tools as Tekton, ArgoCD/GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins

  • Accelerate solution integration efforts: Nurture technical and business relationships with one of Red Hat's top hyperscaler partners to enhance our strategic value, maximize joint opportunity, fuel platform/solution integration efforts and enhance profitable long-term growth.

  • Aligning product roadmaps, enhancing platform integration between Red Hat and AWS to elevate service delivery to enhance current selling motions and lay out the path for future customer pipeline.

  • Ensure consistently accurate forecasted business, deliver the global quarterly and annual revenue objectives.

  • Ensure execution excellence: Build the bridge from long-term partnership strategy to execution, ensuring that the entire organization has the direction, information, resources and support to successfully execute in the field.

  • Streamline accountability: Serve as a single point of accountability for technical and business engagement with the hyper-scaler partner to improve the alliance experience.

What you will bring:

  • 15+ years of post-degree technical business development, product management, solution architect, or system engineer experience in the high-tech industry, either in one of the hyperscale cloud organizations and/or cloud infrastructure and ecosystem dependent services.

  • Strong, proven competence in working independently to structure, negotiate, and close partnerships and master service agreements.

  • Exceptional ability to communicate with and influence both technical and non-technical leadership.

  • Experience developing partner prioritization and engagement strategies, partner policies and multi-dimensional partnership structures.

  • Experience working closely with internal software and product leadership to deliver new products and services built by a partner.

  • Demonstrated high judgment and willingness to roll up sleeves to do what is necessary to meet team goals.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in engineering, physical or biological sciences, and/or MBA.

  • Ability to think strategically, innovatively and creatively using sound business judgment and quantitative skills.

The salary range for this position is $222,180.00 - $377,740.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

What You'll Bring:

  • Partner closely with executive leadership to write, edit, review, and oversee release of communication documents and presentations that support the executive’s objectives and organization

  • Create, edit, and enhance communication materials, including presentations, emails, blog posts, and content for live events

  • Develop and maintain a communications strategy and editorial calendar, mapping audiences for the variety of needs encompassed in both AI area and engineering teams

  • Review essential and sometimes confidential internal communications prior to dissemination to ensure accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness
