Responsibilities:

• Managing NOC daily tasks
• Troubleshooting to resolve or replacing in instances where these cannot be resolved
• Become the first escalation process for any technical issues
• Working closely with internal partners to ensure system stability
• Develop Monitor tools for the production environment
• Working closely with R&D, DevOps and Products team for problem-solving and escalations

• Experience in T1 technical support teams and/or NOC teams
• Experience with SaaS products
• Knowledge in API, bug reporting tools AWS dashboard experience in a payments industry is an advantage
• Knowledge in the following tools: SQL, Postman, AWS dashboards, Jira and Confluence is an advantage.
• Strong debuggability skills with multiple tools
• Great technical writing and verbal communication skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and Icelandic

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support users with system problems.
• Responsible for helping DevOps set up systems.
• Monitors the support queue and assigns tickets.
• Monitors that the system is operating correctly.
• Responsible for change management execution.
• Responsible for stepping in if the system is not operating normally.
• Supports software developers in improving the operational environment.
• Help fix production issues and support the operations.
• Operates in compliance with security policy and security rules.

• Relevant IT degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with system setup and configuration (supporting DevOps).
• Ability to fix production issues and support operations.
• Familiarity with change management processes.
• Experience with user support, ticket management, and queue monitoring.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Icelandic
