As a Portfolio Analytics & Strategy Analyst Senior within the Real Estate Market Analytics (REMA) group you will be responsible for vetting real estate collateral for potential and existing PNC loans prior to ordering a third-party appraisal. Emphasis is placed on prospective asset performance due to a large level of new construction lending. Analyst will cross-check forward-looking developer proformas with existing market performance using industry leading data sources such as CoStar, CBRE-EA, MSCI, Yardi Matrix etc. and forecast future results.
