  • Collaborates with Construction Analyst Sr or Manager on activities with senior-level underwriting team members and third-party architectural consultants. Reviews and sets construction timelines, budgets, and development teams.
  • Participates in draw meetings, meetings with developers and contractors and other members of the development team. May be required to travel to job sites.
  • Works closely with the underwriting and asset management teams, due dilligence department, and credit administration department. Responsible for assisting with gaining a cohesive consensus from each party with a multitude of goals.
  • Actively mitigates risk for both PNC and the client. On occasion presents to the executive approval committee regarding potential risks during construction.
