Playtika is looking for a data-driven and detail-orientedto join our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Payments team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in analyzing and optimizing global payment processes across multiple games and regions. You’ll work closely with the Payments team and other cross-functional partners to enhance performance, drive innovation, and deliver an exceptional user payment experience.

• Payment Performance Optimization: Analyze payment processor performance to drive smart routing decisions, reduce costs, and improve approval rates.
• Fraud Detection & Risk Analysis: Identify fraudulent trends, develop risk indicators, and support initiatives to reduce chargebacks and fraud rates.
• Market Expansion & Payment Innovation: Research emerging payment trends and user behaviors to identify and support the integration of innovative payment methods tailored to regional needs.
• User Experience Analysis: Analyze data and feedback to identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the payment funnel, ensuring a seamless and efficient checkout experience.
• Reporting & Insights: Create dynamic, game-specific dashboards and operational reports to monitor payment KPIs and performance trends.

• 3+ years of experience in payments analytics, preferably in a digital or gaming environment.
• Strong command of SQL for large-scale data querying and analysis.
• Proficient in Tableau or similar BI tools for building dashboards and reports.
• Deep understanding of the online payment’s ecosystem, including processors, gateways, fraud, and chargebacks.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of delivering actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business strategies.
• Python knowledge is an advantage for data manipulation, automation, or predictive modeling.

• Analyzing large, complex data sets representing the behavior of millions of online and mobile game players to address strategic and operational business questions
• Providing actionable recommendations and conclusions from game data to shape features, game economies, and future product roadmaps
• Working closely with internal departments to drive insights that will help produce better games and that will drive monetization and retention improvements
• Building automated dashboards and reports to facilitate company-wide awareness and understanding of key business metrics and players’ experiences

• Must - 3+ years
• Strong SQL with experience in querying large, complex data sets
• A methodological approach to data together with the ability to present the data clearly and efficiently to support business decisions.
• Advanced Excel, Tableau , Vertica knowledge – Strong advantage
• Advanced knowledge in statistical tools and models (R, SAS, advanced statistical tools) - Advantage
• High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Great communication skills – someone who can turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations.

• BA/B.Sc. in Statistics/Math/Engineering/Economics or another quantitative field
