Responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues and ensuring uninterrupted workflow by resolving day-to-day technical challenges, working under direct supervision.
Your role:
Executes warehouse processes related to storage (stock counts, stock verification, stock movements, stock corrections, value added operations on inventory) with focus on highest level of quality and with patient safety in mind and in full compliance with obligations in scope of the operations (bonded storage, special storage areas, environmental control on products, finance controls applicable for the entity), updates the inventory accordingly in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP tool.
Executes warehouse processes related to outbound picking, packing/labeling and shipping with focus on highest level of quality and with patient safety in mind and in full compliance with obligations in scope of the operations (customs/export process, quality inspection, environmental control on products, specific requirements from customers), updates the appropriate transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP tool.
Works with maintenance technicians to calibrate and troubleshoot warehouse equipment, providing aid in resolving recurring technical issues and ensuring uninterrupted workflow, working under direct supervision.
Maintains inventory accuracy through participation in cycle counts and reconciliation efforts, actively identifying and resolving discrepancies to uphold the integrity of inventory management processes.
Transports goods within the warehouse using fork-lift trucks or other material handling equipment, strictly adhering to safety protocols and procedures to mitigate the risk of accidents or injuries, ensuring a secure working environment for all personnel.
This role will cover 1st shift hours from 4am to 12:30pm

You have a high school diploma or vocational education

Your role:
Ensure deliveries to the warehouse are received, inspected, documented and stored.

Strong leadership for 3-5 years' experience & problem solving.
Hands-on experience in leading logistics processes across shipping, warehousing, and distribution.
Strong understanding of end-to-end in-house logistics management.
Excellent leadership as well as Change and project management skills demonstrated.
Knowledge in I4.0 and ability to initiate & implement Warehouse Automation/Digital Transformation.
Familiarity with shipping documentation and import/export formalities.
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills to support data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
Strategic thinker with the ability to approach challenges from multiple perspectives.
Strong knowledge and experience in supply chain management (areas such as supply planning, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution), best practices, and industry trends on a global scale.
Practical knowledge and experience with CI tools Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, JI, DMAIC and similar tools and methods are preferred.
Working knowledge of using MS Office, SAP and other systems relating to logistics and warehouse management.
