Sales, Territory Manager – Heart Rhythm Management - Image Guided Therapy Devices (Phoenix AZ)
Job Description

As a Territory Manager within our Lead Management team, you will serve as the strategic business planning leader by actively growing and developing the cardiac lead management business. You will provide solutions to physician’s needs by managing every lead safely, predictably and responsibly, and increase physician adoption of Excimer laser technology associated products on appropriate patients through representation, training, relationship building and in-service activities.

Your role:

  • Achieve revenue growth goals in line with company expectations; organize assigned accounts relative to their potential revenue generation and develop a territory plan; negotiate and persuade the decision-makers of the accounts about proposals, offers, terms and conditions needed to achieve sales objectives
  • Develop and maintain the appropriate communication skills to enhance the ability to generate physician interest and propensity in the use of the Excimer laser and associated products; assess motives, feelings and opinions of decision-makers and influencers of the accounts and decide what approach or action to take
  • Maintain and improve communication with: Clinical Advisors, Field Service Engineers, Management and all individuals with influence on the account
  • Initiate, facilitate and stimulate account support activities: clinical support, technical service, maintenance and implement hospital safety procedures of lead extraction products
  • Travel: Phoenix, Tucson, Las Vegas, New Mexico

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience including a successful track record in customer relationship and account management within the industry segment
  • You have a BA or BS in Business or similar field, or equivalent education/experience
  • Knowledge of Excimer laser technology required; pacing technologies, electrophysiology, and related CRM devices is desired
  • You have the ability to effectively manage assigned accounts in terms of driving utilization, customer relationship management, problem resolution, business planning, successfully managing a budget and utilizing an expense reporting system
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • Your skills include strong clinical and technical knowledge, with the confidence to knowledgeably engage key partners to present a value proposition

  • Duties include: Total office sales calls, in-services on patient profile and product demonstration, presenting clinical evidence and obtaining medical record documentation.
  • Be an expert on Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance coverage-criteria for InCourage vest therapy. Be able to effectively educate healthcare teams in identifying patients who meet coverage criteria.
  • Ability to analyze data to effectively target priority healthcare teams and create sales call routing. Capable to be flexible and adjust routing to fit pipeline management needs.

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and related work experience.
  • You've acquired 3+ years successful direct field sales experience.
  • Ability to be in the field within Territory 90% (some territories may include overnights).

Field Service Engineer - MRI/CT (Travel: Phoenix, AZ)


Your role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to customer entitlements, setting clear expectations, and meeting commitments and arrival times to address and resolve customer needs. Understand the customer's business and competitive environment; generate service revenue.
  • Actively participate as a member of the regional work team; work to improve team processes and identify training gaps. Seek out opportunities to increase capability and capacity (i.e. may be required to become qualified in multiple modalities, learns new tools).
  • Perform all administrative duties within established Philips, State, and Federal regulatory requirements and timeframes including timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, Field Change Orders (FCO), preventative maintenance (PM), installation documents, site and service documentation, and other related paperwork. Adhere to established training, quality, and safety requirements.
  • Utilize tools, support, resources, and escalation processes within required time frames to resolve customer and system problems timely and effectively. Complete PMs, FCOs, installation and all related tasks (diagnose and resolve electronic, network, and mechanical problems).
  • Approximately 70% travel across the specified geography is required. The average driving time is 1-4 hours daily. Occasional overnight stays and travel by air and/or train may be required.

  • You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging (field or hospital-based) service environment or 4+ years’ in electromechanical industries. Preferred experience in MRI, CT, and/or nuclear medicine equipment.
  • Your skills include the ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment, including knowledge and use of all necessary tools and test equipment.
  • You have an Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You must be able to:
    • Work in an office/home office and/or remote setting, as well as in a hospital/healthcare environment; adhere to requirements.
