Assembler 1 is responsible for performing manufacturing tasks in their assigned workstation, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining continuous workflow efficiency.

Your role:

• Follow safety requirements and wear the necessary PPE for the assigned workstation.
• Work in a team environment and maintain production rates to ensure a continuous workflow.
• Understand the steps required to complete assigned tasks and provide a brief verbal description of the operation.
• Follow verbal and written instructions and accept feedback from trainers or Group Leads.
• Report to the assigned workstation on time at the start of the shift and after break periods.

• You have experience in assembly, production, or a similar manufacturing role.
• You can work with small components, perform box assembly, and apply manual labeling.
• You have a high school diploma or GED equivalent or Vocational School Certificate.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
• You have strong attention to detail and good eye-hand coordination. You can follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
