As thePayroll Tax Administrator, you will support the Human Resources team by managing payroll-related processes. Your responsibilities include handling personnel and payroll data, including large-scale data updates. You’ll ensure accurate setup of employee tax and unemployment information, process W-2 and W-2c forms, and resolve payroll tax notices. You’ll also respond to employee and manager inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Your role:
Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of employee tax information, including work state, local withholding codes, and SUI tax rates. Perform audits, process W-2 corrections, and coordinate tax amendments.
