Description:

Your role:

  • Lead end-to-end Imaging Systems installation projects, including MRI, CT, X-Ray, and Image-Guided Therapy systems, ensuring projects meet timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and Philips teams, coordinating resources, gathering requirements, and providing regular project updates.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage site readiness, including reviewing technical requirements such as HVAC, electrical, and environmental needs.

  • Ensure successful project execution by monitoring milestones, resolving challenges, forecasting revenue timing, and supporting sales teams during order acquisition.

  • Join a mission-driven, highly collaborative South Zone Project Management team with growth opportunities and exposure to innovative healthcare technologies.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience managing complex construction or healthcare installation projects, preferably involving imaging equipment in medical environments.

  • Your skills include technical plan review (floor plans, site drawings, specifications), relationship management across all levels, and expertise with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Visio, Bluebeam, and CAD.

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent professional experience, along with strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.

  • You’re an adaptable, proactive communicator with excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills, willing to travel up to 80% within your assigned territory (North Florida, South/Coastal Georgia) and occasionally beyond.

  • You reside within the territory and can meet all customer-specific requirements, including vaccinations and screenings.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .

The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $87,750 to $140,400.

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.

Job Description

In this role you will be leveraging Hospital Patient Monitoring’s innovations to tackle healthcare’s biggest challenges – from staffing pressures to quality outcomes, to new care models. You will play a vital role in increasing market penetration and the overall growth of our business.

Your role:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and increased market penetration within assigned health systems.
  • Utilize quantitative skills to analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Specialists, marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within health systems, including administrators, clinicians, and IT professionals.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on patient monitoring solutions, providing guidance and support to customers throughout the sales process and beyond. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements to proactively address customer needs and market challenges.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience. You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience in hospital sales and/or related clinical experience. Medical capital sales, strongly preferred.
  • Your skills include the ability to quickly demonstrate expertise and establish credibility with clinical decision makers, good understanding of clinical practices, and workflow changes.
  • You should have demonstrated ability to manage large / complex situations, and skills in helping teams overcome change management.
  • You have a results-oriented approach, high energy, balanced with a “take charge” attitude with teamwork and collaboration.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
