Job Description
Performs a variety or repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations in the production of medical devices.
Your role:
Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs)and assembly drawings.
Be able to work in a fast-paced quality and with integrity always environment
Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices with regard to material labeling, SOPs and proper segregation of material in the production process.
Accurately document all required entries in the Lot History Record
Must demonstrate competence regarding correct production process methods and be able to inspect for variation from theses correct methods.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired relevant work experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Your skills include good hand-to-hand and hand-to-eye coordination
You have a high school dipolma or equivalent.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You’re a self-starter and have the ability to work independently and with a team of people

The pay range for this position in Colorado Springs, CO is $17.75 to $23.71

Your role:

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The hourly pay range for this position is $16.20 to $22.50, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
