In late January, we announced that Bridgefield Capital signed an agreement to acquire Philips’ Emergency Care business which includes leading brands and products like HeartStart AEDs, Intrepid and DFM100 monitor defibrillators, Tempus monitor and Tempus ALS systems, and Corsium and ECI informatics solutions. We expect the transaction to close at the end of 2025.

The Senior Product Manager drives product and software strategy across the full lifecycle, integrating customer insights, market analysis, and regional collaboration to deliver commercial success and align with strategic goals. Working with limited supervision, this role defines and executes roadmaps, ensures Product Development Lifecycle Management (PDLM) compliance, enhances profitability and market reach, and leads planning, trend analysis, and testing strategy.

Your role:

  • Lead the full end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy to launch, aligning with market needs and future portfolio direction through PDLM frameworks.
  • Define and manage product roadmaps, value propositions, and claims strategies while driving cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Innovation, and regional teams.
  • Develop business cases and claims roadmaps (clinical, technical, and economic), and ensure timely and successful execution of go-to-market plans.
  • Engage and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to gather insights, support advisory boards, and enhance market credibility and product influence.
  • Guide product launches and support regional marketing efforts by aligning strategic goals, providing subject matter expertise, and driving product adoption.

  • A minimum of 8+ years with a Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree with 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field.
  • You bring strong strategic planning and execution skills, including experience in business case development and performance optimization.
  • You are comfortable working with minimal supervision and leading cross-functional, global teams across innovation, regulatory, and commercial functions.
  • You have experience interpreting market intelligence, segment technologies, and competitive trends to shape high-impact product and portfolio strategies.

The pay range for this position in (Bothell, WA) is $135,000 to $216,000.00.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. We have an exciting opportunity to join the Emergency Care Experience Design team as a Senior Usability Designer in Bothell and collaborate within a global team that designs and develops basic life support solutions (e.g. AED) and advanced life support solutions (e.g. patient monitor, defibrillator).

Your role:

  • You conduct user research, task analysis, create use scenarios andlead the Usability Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
  • You plan, execute and report formative user evaluations and ensure critical findings are fixed.
  • You conduct summative user evaluation and create the usability engineering file, in compliance with the FDA guidance and IEC62366-1.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience of usability engineering of complex systems and m edical devices from early phases of gathering user needs to late phases of product validation and post market follow-up
  • Your skills include conducting task analysis, providing inputs to UI/UX designers, risk managers and engineers, performing and reporting usability evaluations
  • You have a degree in human factors engineering, HCI, cognitive science, product/interaction design or other relevant academic background

Your role:

  • Responsible for Identifying/Using state-of-the-art business intelligence, reporting/data analysis methods, technology and tools, such as machine learning, computational statistics, and data mining to identify hidden insights from the wealth of data available within Philips.
  • Will manipulate big data sets using innovative tools as well as proven techniques to disseminate complex raw information into clear and concise recommendations.
  • Compile, analyze, and effectively present trending reports to identify opportunities that increase efficiency, ensure quality, and decrease cost.
  • Develop and implement tools and techniques resulting in recommendations that enable leadership to make better data-based decisions.
  • Build custom data queries and standardized reports by collaborating with internal customers to understand their needs.

  • Experience implementing strategic Data Analytics initiatives across organizations and ability manage multiple large/complex projects simultaneously.
