SRC Operations Head にレポートし、6-7名の部下を監督していただきます。営業、マーケティング、経理とも密接にコミュニケーションをとりながら、過剰在庫、欠品を防ぐ適切なビジネス判断とアクションを指示する役割です。. 医療機器の需要、マーケットの理解および海外からの長いリードタイムを要する供給網の最適化を図れるようになり、複数物流拠点の在庫管理といった複雑なオペレーションを学ぶことができます。. 10年以上FMCGでの物流管理、需要予測の従事経験。最低3年のチームマネージャー経験。. チームマネージャーとして適切な業務分担およびスタッフ個々のスキルに応じた権限移譲を通じチームの成長を実践すること。.
